My three sisters and I booked this beautiful house for a long weekend. We were each able to have our own bedroom and bathroom which was great! The house was clean and welcoming with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, the wraparound porch was so nice, and the location was great for trips into Petosky and Mackinac City. The home is located right on US 31 and there is some traffic noise, but that didn't bother us at all. We would highly recommend this home for anyone with a larger group. Thank you!!

Great location to ski areas and a couple of nearby restaurants. Super clean and everything was as advertised. Only negative is road noise if you are a light sleeper.

The large dining and adjacent living room was amazing to spread out. The home does need some updating an maintenance. The kitchen is pretty old and cupboard doors are missing or broken. There was also a sunroom with a lot of broken furniture and storage in it. The home just needed a little love. However even with those issues we would come back again. The layout was perfect for us- it felt like we caught them after a long hard summer and it just needs a little love to get it back to 10/10.

This house was perfect for our group. We all had a lot of space and the kitchen/dining/family room were spacious and very comfortable. The communication with the property manager was wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

What a wonderful stay! If you are looking book now. This place looks just like the pictures and has so much space for everyone to spread out. There were 6 people staying for a week and felt like home right away. Location is perfect to downtown Petoskey. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. Made our trip an absolute pleasure. We are already trying to figure out summer plans at this location.

Our yearly new years get away was supported by the Oden house. 15 minute dive to Nubs and Highlands, plenty of space for two families, and enough couch space for everyone to relax after a long day. Great spot to support a skiing vacation or visiting downtown Petoskey.

It was about 30 minutes from Mackinac City and centrally located to the 4 Petoskey wineries we spent a second day at. The beds were extremely comfortable and the mid-century modern design added to the charm of the house. It was nice that each bedroom had at least a 1/2 bath (3 had a full bath). This made getting ready in the morning with 9 women a bit easier. Couple of things to consider - this is an older property. There were some windows that didn’t properly close (taped shut). The property is located on 131. This makes it conveniently located but also adds a lot of traffic noise. Finally, I reached out to the property manager about the fireplace not working and the shower door not closing. She initially called me back but never followed up with a solution. Overall, we were very pleased. Just some things to consider to make sure it’s a good fit for your group.

This Mid-Century Cottage is just that, Mid-Century, with modern amenities added. As a child my family of 9 spent two weeks every summer in Sister-Lakes MI. in cottages like this one, where my aunt lived. It was fabulous. This reminded me of that. This is a great place to relax and recharge after spending all day exploring North Michigan and all it has to offer! Would stay here again!

Perfect place for a girls weekend! My group of 5 had the luxury of their own bedroom and bathroom space to retreat to when needed. The dining room and living room had plenty of room to hang out. Lake view right across the street! This property is right on US31, so there is traffic noise, but it would not stop us from renting this proerty again!

Overall we had a great time. The house is very charming. Old w great quirkiness. Great central location. We visited Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, Indian River and Mackinaw Island. We had 2 minor problems (no water due to well pump circuit breaker trip) and smoke alarm battery. Both problems were handled very quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you Danielle. Kitchen has everything needed, laundry availability is a plus. Bedroom on first floor is also a plus. Beds were comfortable. There is a nice fire pit surrounded by chairs and wood was provided. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to use it. The downsides were the carpeting in the bedrooms. They were all quite stained. The front porch furniture was uncomfortable(except for the rocking chair).Replacing with all rocking chairs would be great. The couch in the living area is very very low to the ground. We used the chairs from the dining area to watch tv instead of the couch. The outside porches and windows could use a good cleaning. Overall we liked the house a lot. Just a few updates/ cleaning would make it wonderful.

We had a terrific time! The home is in a great location and the bedroom/bathroom set up is ideal! Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The rental process was easy and management was responsive. We would stay again!

Like other reviewers noted, it is on a busy road but the noise wasn’t bad and became white noise. The one thing that was a little unfortunate was the inconsistency with cleanliness. There were some things that you can tell were cleaned from the last visitors but we found random trash under beds and couches and parts of the home were not vacuumed as well as we were expecting. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay again!

My birthday weekend was a hit. This is a beautiful home with lots of space for all of our closest friends. We had a great time playing games listening to music and drinking bloody Mary’s on the porch. Wish we could have spent more time. Everyone commented on how comfy the beds and pillows were. Would definitely recommend!

The beautiful spacious house was perfect for our bachelorette party weekend! We had 8 adults who fit very comfortably in the house! The bedrooms were big and we had plenty of room! Beautiful house- highly recommend and would love to return with our family!

We chose this rental because of close proximity to ski areas, ice fishing and the beauty of the living spaces. The pictures were accurate, the wood interiors were gorgeous, lovely fireplace, each bedroom has a bathroom, and the sofa and dining table were big enough for our family so we really enjoyed our stay! The only drawback was US-31 highway noise. Thank you!

This was a very cute and charming house. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. This made it very comfortable for multiple families to stay. It could have been a cleaner, as the coffee pot was full of old moldy grounds and there were a few broken things around the house like light switches. There was an ice storm the day before so the driveway and walkway were super icy when we got there causing a few falls. Danielle was great. She responded right away after i called and brought salt the next morning. Our group loved the house and would love to stay again.

I was very happy to be able to gather with friends again for a (hopefully) first annual ski weekend. The house was exactly as presented online with a spacious gathering area, but enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. We all hope to visit again and the winter - and summer!
