Le niveau de paix et surtout la proximité à tous les centres d’intérêts qu’on faire à pieds.

Posizione perfetta, mare raggiungibile a piedi e altre spiagge raggiungibili con pochi minuti di auto.

Great location, just few minutes walking from the beach and Juan Le Pins city centre. The appartment was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean and fully equipped with everything needed and more. Private car park within the property, and our dog was welcome and make friendship with the owner’s dog.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was even better than the photos, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and an excellent base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions, making the entire experience seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality accommodation. We would definitely love to return in the future. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! We loved your dog Gaiia.
