Late check in was possible (although had to wait a bit for the lady). The room was comfortable. Stuff were helpful and pleasant.
A bit more walking to the room, but not a big deal.

The location was okay. The price was right. Can't expect too much for 70 bucks a night, booked on the day. But also...
Sound travels. Woken up in the middle of the night by the next-door neighbor's sink/shower/toilet running. But again, not off par with the price point.

The location was great, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Good value for the price.
