Perfect location, everything is nearby. Comfortable for two people. Even though it's in a busy area, it's calm and quiet. Big plus is underground garage you can access only with key card.

Some aspects of the apartment could be cleaner (dishes, fridge, balcony).

This would definitely be a great choice for you. First of all, the main advantage is the location; it is situated right in the city center, putting everything you need—whether it’s sightseeing spots or simply a place to buy groceries—within easy walking distance. However, in today’s world, a good location isn't enough if there’s no parking; here, there is a huge advantage: if you reserve a spot in advance, you can leave your car in the underground garage located within the same building. This makes things much more convenient, as you don’t have to walk far to your car or haul your bags a long distance—everything is right there, which is a major plus. Secondly, I really want to highlight the security; the complex is private, access requires a key card, and you don’t have to worry about strangers wandering the grounds at night—it’s very convenient and a huge benefit. Thirdly, the apartment itself is quite nice; it has air conditioning, a TV, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, so the next time I visit Budapest, I would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, it is very hard to find any negatives, as everything is generally good; there was a bit of dust when we arrived, but it wasn't a major issue.

We had the rooftop apt, with street view, partisl view on Gellert hill. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The Location is by far the best in the city. It is in the heart of many restaurant and nightlife places yet, it is super quiet and It is only walking distance from many tourists places.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Excellent location, quiet place, very easy to find and access

The cleaning was not done properly. We found lipstick marks on the glasses, food leftovers on the floor and even fresh chocolate stains on one of the towels. The size of the balcony was ridiculously small - two people could barely fit on it.
