Location - In front of the beach, Shower was working very well
Staff - Friendly staff
Noise from the street - so many young drinkers and music
The kitchen was old - but goes enough

La vicinanza al lungomare, ai locali e vari supermercati e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici bus urbani che ti portano al centro storico di Palma.
Pochi utensili da cucire cucina, prodotti bagno e teli da bagno non sempre puliti

The place was nice.. had everything we needed amazing balcony and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the window .. location perfect, right near everything
Although nice and clean It could do with a bit of updating .. the floors were quite badly stained as if there may have been a bit of water damage in the past, the sofa had a stain also as did th e cuttains , a few bits of peeling wood around the skirting boards

Location and view from the see view room!
Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the room overall. Cleanliness standards were below expectations, and several basic amenities were missing, such as complimentary tea/coffee/water and even tissues in the kitchen or living area.
The bed was very small and not comfortable even for two people. The baby cot provided was also too dirty to be usable. In addition, there was no proper sofa or comfortable seating area in the room — only two single couches were available.
Overall, the property has potential, but a lot of improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and guest facilities.
