We were very pleased with this stay. It was clean and that’s a big deal for me! We did a lot of cooking at the house and some of the pots and pans needed a good washing before use but to be expected if they haven’t been used regularly! Beds were comfy! Only thing missing would be a pair of scissors as we needed them for something we purchased. Totally my fault probably as I needed to read more thoroughly but I didn’t catch that the fireplace was fake! Booooo!!! Overall great!

The apartment was very nice! Loved that it was close to downtown and was an easy drive! Only issue were the and on the kitchen counter..overall would definitely stay again❤❤

The condo was perfect for us. It was as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. The location is close to town and the children’s museum was only a short drive. There are many restaurants in the area. We ate at Maria’s for a great Santa Fe meal. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony visiting in the evening. The view was great and the balcony is private from the other units. I would definitely stay here again.

We like the condo - great decor and a convenient location. Had to call property management for a heating issue and were pleasantly surprised with a response within 30 minutes - on Thanksgiving Day!! that resolved the matter.

Great location and very clean. Only drawback was there was only 1 facecloth one lamp didn’t work.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A previous comment or two about the traffic noise on the balcony was true, but I just tuned it out as best I could because the views were amazing!! My only recommendation would be that all the departure instructions be the same. We received one from the owner, one of the property management and there were instructions inside on the wall and they were all different so we did the best we could covering all of them!

The rental was decorated really cute and the fire place worked and was easy to use. Our family loved using it every night when we came back from our daily activities. The place was nice and clean, any small issues were addressed, such as needing more towels was quickly resolved by the property managers.

Overall cleanliness was not very impressive. The shower drained very slowly. When showering we were standing in a pool of water (gross). Also had the same problem in one of the bathroom drains. I contacted the owner with my concerns. They said somebody would reach back out, but they never did.

3 fun loving grandmas from Oklahoma took a trip to Santa Fe for some relaxation and shopping. The accommodations were lovely and a delightful time was had by all. We highly recommend this property! Nice and clean, close to all attractions and comfortable for relaxing with friends.

Love the condo! Very clean and good proximity to everything. The coffee maker is an old black and deck drip. It still works, but someone broke the original carafe and a Mr. Coffee carafe was substituted. Problem is, it doesn’t quite fit. Makes a mess when it brews. May I suggest a Krupp’s machine as a replacement? Some extra towels as well?

Grandma’s Getaway
3 fun loving grandmas from Oklahoma took a trip to Santa Fe for some relaxation and shopping. The accommodations were lovely and a delightful time was had by all. We highly recommend this property! Nice and clean, close to all attractions and comfortable for relaxing with friends.

The space and arrangements were excellent for my sister and I for a week. Two things detracted from it. The heat/ air conditioning was difficult to moderate. It was either too cold or two warm. The patio was inviting, but noise from the highway made it uncomfortable. Still, we enjoyed it in other respects. When the elevator was out of service on the last day, the man we called came and helped us with luggage since we were on the third floor. That was much appreciated!

Love the condo! Very clean and good proximity to everything. The coffee maker is an old black and deck drip. It still works, but someone broke the original carafe and a Mr. Coffee carafe was substituted. Problem is, it doesn’t quite fit. Makes a mess when it brews. May I suggest a Krupp’s machine as a replacement? Some extra towels as well?

We stayed in this property 4 years ago. It’s perfectly located, close to everything. Love the covered porch with beautiful views of the mountains. This unit really met our needs well. It’s very comfortable and has all the amenities needed to enjoy Santa Fe. Handicap parking and an elevator were a must for us, and this had both. Grocery store nearby. Easy to get to all the attractions. We had a very relaxing time here and would recommend this unit for seniors especially.

We loved the property! The views of the mountains are amazing from the patio. It is close to all Santa Fe has to offer. The artwork and decore of the condo make you feel right at home!

This little condo was a cute and well equipped place. We rarely dine in when we visit Santa Fe, so I can't confirm the pots/pans situation, but the plates (leftovers) and cups were well stocked! It was just 2 of us and our dog and we had plenty of room. We never felt cramped. Our friends stayed in the same building (same floor plan, different rental) with 3 kids, 4 adults and 2 large dogs without an issue. Parking was not an issue.
The only thing to note is that this condo is on the 3rd floor, so stairs or elevator is required. The elevator (managed by the HOA) is convenient but quirky (you sometimes have to hit buttons in a certain order to get it to move) but we were never stuck. Just something to be aware of.
It's just a 1.5 mi to the Railyard and the Square, so easy to walk to ride your bike if that is your thing.
We would definitely stay here again.

The owner has truly thought of everything to make a stay totally pleasant, from the lovely decor to the wonderful mattresses and pillows. We will definitely stay here whenever we come to Santa Fe in the future.

Although the condo was conveniently located to Santa Fe, the photo that attracted us to the condo was a balcony overlooking the mountains. We like to eat outside so we thought this would be perfect. However, there is a major highway between the balcony and the mountains with traffic 24/7.
Also the mattress in the second bedroom is a box spring and foam topper with no mattress in between. The old fitted sheet had no elasticity left so I had to purchase new sheets to use. Outside my window was a flat roof with many air conditioning units running constantly. Difficult to sleep with the window open.
The condo was dusty when we arrived. We cleaned it.
During our stay there was a smoke/air warning due to California fires. I reacted with cough, runny nose, stinging eyes. We called the property manager asking if the company had any air purifiers we could use. They never called back.
This condo was beautifully decorated and had all one would need for a vacation. But buyer beware about the noise!
