Absolutely incredible stay! Everything was wonderful, from the excellent communication to the warm hospitality of the owners. Sorena was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment was extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need. The beautiful garden filled with roses, the lovely terrace, and the breathtaking views of both the mountains and Lake Como made this place truly special. They even surprised us with fresh eggs, such a thoughtful and charming touch! The location was excellent, and the pleasant drive down to Varenna was beautiful. We genuinely loved every minute of our stay. A little paradise in Lake Como!
Absolutely nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations. Just a helpful note for future guests: having a car or using a taxi is recommended to get around comfortably. The property itself is easy to reach, and the beautiful surroundings make it absolutely worth it!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It was pleasure to stay in. Picturesque landscape around.

The view, exercise getting to and from, quiet and peaceful. Liked having a small kitchen area and nice size refrigerator.
Everything was great. An extra roll of toilet paper would be nice.

Driving up the winding roads to the accommodation was an experience in itself, and when we first arrived at the parking area we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Having now seen more of Lake Como, it makes a lot more sense given the landscape of the area.
The apartment is set within a small holding with a large garden, and there was plenty of space for us. It worked really well for our stay and we enjoyed being somewhere a little quieter.
It’s not really a negative, but it’s worth knowing that the walk down into town takes around 20 minutes and, because of the steep landscape, the walk back up is quite hard work. There is also a small town further up the hill past the accommodation with a few places to eat, which we found really good.
If you’re less able or struggle with steep walks, this might not be the ideal location, although I’m sure there are buses and other transport options available.
