We love the location of the condo and the beach.

The noise from the above unit. You could hear the children running back and forth in their condo. Possibly a few extra towels so didn’t have to wash day two.

Condo was very nice inside. Plenty of room

Construction, there were nails and razor blades on the walkway to the elevator. The construction crew had the only entrance and exit blocked for an hour. The room looked clean at first but then you could tell it wasn’t really clean. All kinds of stuff under the beds, shrimp tails on the balcony under the chairs. Found a vape under the bed. Could tell it hadn’t been cleaned under the bed in weeks.

there was construction as still building but that didn’t bother us as we were busy throughout the day. the noise from above room you could hear the children running back and forth. also I couldn’t find a regular broom they had a hand held broom and a vacuum but would of liked to swept up the sand without disturbing others running the vacuum

Everything was very cleaned and freshly stocked.

There was nothing to dislike.

We made our own.

Dryer did not function. Master bathroom layout awkward. Kitchen knives provided were dull. Front door had to lift handle to get it to lock. Could hear the occupants above us being loud. Other than that it was a good location, and was very clean on arrival.

Location was great! Furniture was nice. Kitchen was beautiful and was stocked with enough supplies for our family.

Dead roach on floor on our arrival. Live roaches in kitchen after we came back from visiting the town. Toilet upstairs sounded like it was going to flood our room everytime they flushed, including late night. Which meant ZERO SLEEP. Very thin walls. Upstairs guests sounded like King Kong was walking around. Seemed like an upstairs in a residential home rather than a rental condo. Plastic plates was available but they was burned, melted. Elevator stopped working after power outage on first day. Which meant everyone used wood stairs banging around luggage and stomping around late in night. ZERO SLEEP. Beeping noise from maintenance room never stopped. It says no pets but next door neighbor had a large dog barking at us everytime we walked by. Pool and hot tub inaccessible unless you want to swim with dirt from construction right beside it. Construction right outside the room that started at 7am. ZERO SLEEP. No heads up on listing there was construction prior to booking. No one on site for issues. Wish I took pics of roaches but i find them utterly disgusting. Have audio of dog barking and beeping noise can't upload here. Pool and hot tub with heavy machinery and dirt beside it. Right outside our room. Was not 4 stars. I'd give ZERO if I could.
