Pool and Animation Crew were great. Food excellent and pool bar staff very attentive.
Receptionist could not print boarding pass as unable to change printer setting on computer which created stress over 24 hours before leaving. No coffee or tea making in room. Very limited tv only 3 channels including news.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a pure focus in relaxation. I requested a quiet room as I am in my early pregnancy and wanted to rest properly. Sami and his other colleagues welcomed me upon arrive and they all have been amazing. Got a requested room provided and I was very happy with it. Everyone in the staff was super nice and friendly, felt welcome and they were always happy to help with anything. Great attitude! Sami has been exceptional and super friendly. A person I got along the most and seem to be very professional in his job. Breakfast was good, the pool was nice and the beach access was also pretty cool.
My double was just fine, I didn’t mind it being a bit dated, I think it was actually really pretty Moroccan style with a very comfy bed.
Wi-Fi in the room was not working and the gym is not good unfortunately, but at the end I was just fine using it in this limited version :)
Would be nice to have a better quality wifi and weights in the gym. Many machines are no longer working there unfortunately.

Super accueil personnel au petit soin toujours le sourire !!! L’emplacement au top. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et bon.
Manque de prises dans la chambre (qu’une seule libre) et aucune dans la salle de bain. La baignoire et les joints pas bien entretenu (moisissure) et le wifi on capte pas du tout.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff in all departments of the hotel. Huge swimming pool. Direct access to the beach. Very authentic and traditional decoration throughout the whole hotel (it really makes you feel and remember you are in Morocco). Great location and delicious breakfast with fresh Moroccan msemen (traditional Moroccan flat/folded bread) and fresh eggs made to order.

The place definitely needs a massive revamp. The lack of basic necessities in rooms was a big disappointment e.g. kettle.wifi plugs sockets. A very basic selection of breakfast is available every morning.

Initially the bed was too firm and caused me discomfort. Immediately I was given the option of other rooms with softer beds.

Toto and the animation team are great fun, the location is excellent, beside some food restaurants and the beach and the staff are very friendly. Great breakfast amongst the trees with a friendly tortoise.

not much , it had a prison atmosphere big hotel with no clear service. it looked nothing like it’s pictures
I booked a two night stay and checked out within 2 hours of check in and was promised a refund by the manager while I was checking out, for my second night however they are saying they changed their mind

surprisingly large hotel with a big pool area, bars and restaurants, food available at poolside, breakfast had large selection of foods hot and cold with plenty of seats indoor and out. Evening entertainment and kids are able to be involved. Very friendly helpful staff throughout.
I didn't feel there was anything I needed that was not there.

Great position in the centre of Agadir's wonderful promenade and beach. Staff are friendly, chatty and remember little personal touches. Hotel full of classic charm, with lovely gardens around large pool. Keeps you secluded and private when you want it. Food choices very good and breakfast great.
There is a lot of work going on across the city of Agadir as past of a redevelopment programme up to 2025. You can already see some the benefits including new parks and cable car to the old Medina.
