My family of 4 and our two mothers thoroughly enjoyed our first trip here to Cape Cod. The house is very spacious and well kept. The backyard garden has beautiful wild flowers and an immaculate deck to grill and have drinks after a day at the beach. We hope to return.

The house was immaculate and very centrally located. We enjoyed our time here and Jen was a pleasure to work with. The house is exactly as pictured - no surprises. The gardens are beautiful and the street is quiet. The beaches were pristine and close by. We enjoyed excursions such as Whale Watching and the Ferry which took us to Martha's Vineyard for the day - all very close by and easy to navigate. Book this house - you won't be sorry! We had the perfect family vacation.

This home has many updates. It is very clean and spacious. It fit our family of 6 without problem. Furniture and beds are comfortable. It’s beautiful gardens and deck make a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. The Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is centrally located to both Barnstable sound beaches and, downtown Hyannis. Both have a lot to offer. It’s a short drive to the Hyannis mall, Supermarkets, Yarmouth family entertainment and Cape cod bike trail in Dennis. The owner was very gracious as our arrival was delayed due to weather and offered to let us extend our stay. We would definetly stay here again!

Great home away from home, close to everything.
We loved our stay at this property. The house was spacious, clean, and offered many amenities that helped make our vacation great. We loved the residential location, the beautiful ground/flower gardens, and the ability to walk or take a short drive to many local great beaches, restaurants, and shops.
