My family and best friend came to stay so we could see Gatlinburg. The condo itself was a pleasant surprise. There’s plenty of space for the six of us. Everything was clean and easily accessible for our stay. The kids loved the game room(s), and the adults enjoyed conversation around the open floor kitchen/ living area. High above much of the terrain, the large windows provide a beautiful view in the morning, and it’s only a short drive to anything we wanted to see. The owner kept in touch and communicated very well. I’d recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a pleasant host for a reasonable price.

The space is beautiful and very comfortable for our group of adult kids and grandchildren. The game room and playroom were a hit with the kids. The full views of the mountains are breath taking. We will definitely book again.

Good location. Quiet complex. It was our first time in a condo. We usually get a cabin. This fit our needs perfectly. Coffee pot was a bit small, but we made it work.

We wanted to spend some quality time with my husbands mother (87) the condo was very nice and clean. It would have been better had there been handicap access there is parking but stairs into every access.

We were very pleased with our stay! The area we stayed in was really nice! The condo was fully equipped and felt very cozy! Highly recommended spot!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of four. We were able to cook, rest, relax, and feel as though we were at home — but with a much lovelier view. Our kids loved the arcade game and little game room, as well as the play closet. Beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet. We didn’t see any bears, but we were told that they had been spotted recently. The roads up to the condo are steep and windy, but also wide and well-paved. Since it was summer, our all-wheel drive vehicle had no trouble getting up the mountain. I personally wouldn’t want to drive it during winter, but I’m sure others are brave drivers than I am.
We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here. It was a little tricky to get to but, overall our experience was great. The property was clean and a nice layout for our quick getaway weekend. The pool was perfect and very clean.

What a great place. Wonderful views! We came with our children and family for a relaxing time to visit Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains. It’s exactly what we got! The location is perfect. It’s easy to get to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. The condo is well appointed, has comfortable beds, and all items one could need in a home away from home. The pool and condo are super nice. The owners were great. Easy to deal with. We would definitely come back.

Condo was perfect for what we needed. Fit my family and in-laws, 8 of us total. Kids loved the game room (though it could use a bit of a board game cleanup-easy fix-I’m sure lots of kids have enjoyed them so they were a bit helter skelter and missing pieces, etc.) So nice to have the ease of the kitchen and washer/dryer space.
It’s definitely up the mountain-so just be prepared for what that entails for the travel up and down for activities. And we did indeed see plenty of bears, including one roaming the parking lot and corridors. He seemed harmless enough, lol. We didn’t encroach on his space to find out.
We made good use of the pool and hot tub. The pool seemed like it needed a bit more care, but that falls on the property owner, not the rental, and it didn’t take away from our stay.
Would stay here again!

This condo is very clean and well maintained. It had more than enough room for our family of five. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Unlike a hotel pool, it was not crowded.
The location was beautiful, provided easy access to the Smokey Mountains, and was away from the crowds of Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was great having the bedrooms with their private bathrooms separated from each other. The living area and kitchen were spacious. We all enjoyed the little game room. Our only complaint for inside was, for a week stay of 5 people, we were only left with 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 2 laundry powder packs. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not clean, so we couldn’t use that amenity. The condo had a lovely view, but be ready for the winding steep road getting to and from. Also stop at a grocery before you arrive. There isn’t a close grocery store.

Thanks for a great condo in the Gatlinburg area. The condo met our needs, giving us a place to land after busy days at Dollywood. The small playroom with toys for our young children were helpful. The game room was a nice touch as well.

This was a very nice unit and nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen is huge and entire unit is very spacious! The views out of the floor to ceiling windows in the family room are stunning!

Couldn’t have got a better place to stay and enjoy some away time out of the hustle and bustle. View over looked pigeon forge from the comfort of a living room couch.

The home met our needs wonderfully. The morning sunrise was gorgeous! Thankfully we did not see any bears on the property after receiving an email about them. The kids enjoyed having their own beds and a bigger shower than the parents. 😊.

This large 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. The beds were great, kitchen was large as well as the dining room table for game night. Parking was easy and convenient. The ice maker with the fridge was a life saver for packing the cooler on long days of hiking. It says newly renovated but the floors were pretty worn and in need of replacement in my opinion. The non-operative pocket door from the restroom to the powder room was a little surprising and required a few more steps to lock another door. Regardless, we really liked this place and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I can’t say enough good things about the property. It was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for my wife and and I and our three young boys.
I would agree with another reviewer that the road to get to it is steep and winding but you get used to it.
The little game room was a hit with the kids. We had a little problem with the WiFi and the host was quick to respond and resolve.
It’s a quick drive into the heart of Gatlinburg so we liked the location.
Overall the property met all of our expectations.

Condo is very comfortable, two bedroom place with nice sized kitchen. Parking is close, but you do have to go down stairs to get to it. The view is beautiful and it is quiet too.

Very nice place. The beds were super comfortable. While we did not have children with us, I think it would be a great place for children. Great location and it was really quiet while we were there.

Plenty of room to hang out without being on top of each other. Cute play area for the littles in a large walk-in closet. We enjoyed the view during the day and the blackout curtain over night. My husband wanted to bring the bed home with us. My teens loved their queen beds too. Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised! Easy check in - host gave us excellent directions. Condo is super clean and spacious for our family of 4. Games were a hit with the kids as we had 1 day of snow. Host checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back to enjoy this condo again!

Spacious, clean space. Does sit high on a mountain as described, but most places in Gatlinburg do. Lots of room within the unit with pretty window views of the mountains. Clean and well maintained. A bit chilly though as it is an older unit. Could use some extra blankets or thicker bedding for winter months. We ran the heat all night but it seemed as though the heat escaped around the windows as those areas were especially chilly. It’s simply an older building that isn't as well insulated as newer ones. Overall it’s a good condo though that is near town on a beautiful drive. I’d certainly stay again.

The property was awesome with amazing views and privacy. We spent the week of Thanksgiving and it could not have been better! The game room for the kids was awesome and there was plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes to accommodate our Thanksgiving feast and cookie baking. Wonderful experience!

Well cleaned and nicely decorated. The game room was a plus. Only one suggestion/feedback - if there was a door between the bathroom and closet (of bedroom 1 with king bed) then it would have been more usable. Other than that everything was really good. I put an overall rating of 5. Many thanks to the owner as well as VRBO!
