af prenderlo fuori...la prima notte secondo piano ma filo marciapiede una parete a vetro con solo le tende oscuranti.( tipo di Ok 1,Amsterdam .)

The battery in my safe wasn’t working, some of the lights in the bedroom weren’t working, you’ve to ask for clean towels

The property is right opposite to the port so gives a view of the ships coming in and go. The rooms are not very spacious but clean and the staff were very friendly. So no complains. 3 meals were included and it was great. Lot of restaurants near by. We stayed there so that we could hike to Pulpit Rock and the staff have in all the info.
The rooms could have been a slightly bigger but the behaviour of the staff made it all.

Good that dinner was included, I only went to it once since I really wanted to try the fish soup so went elsewhere for that.
Being on the pier it wasn't as noisy as I had expected.
The breakfast was basic compared to another hotel I stayed at the night before. But they did offer an even more basic breakfast from 4.30am for ppl like me who have early morning activities. The rooms are a decent size so you can at least open the samsonite suitcase on the floor.

The entire hotel environment has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. Having a light evening meal included in the cost is a great bonus. We enjoyed walking around the harbour and seeing the different types of ships.

The breakfast was excellent. Not only that, even dinner was included in the room charge. The room rate was very reasonable, considering the location and meals included. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle bus stop is an easy walking distance from the hotel.
When I made the reservation from the US through Booking.com the rate quoted was in USD. However, the charge was actually in NOK. I would have used a different credit card had I known that.

Excellent breakfast, catered well for Coeliac diet, evening meal was great, food fresh and well presented. Coffee/tea and cake served in the afternoon. Location first class, all staff were friendly and informative.
Room a bit tired, damaged headboard and cabinets. spotlessly clean though.

From the moment we arrived staff was very friendly and professional. the room was exactly what we were expecting with an amazing view. Very well maintained, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable too

Cruise ship came in and parked in front of hotel … not a great window! luckily we were leaving that day!

Small room, no tea making facilities except for breakfast, limited bar, being woken up at 3am on Friday evening by locals partying outside, poor TV channels and no way of interfacing for smart TV. No room safe

Breakfast very good. Buffet style with cold cheeses and ham, muesli and nuts and yoghurt . Cooked choices boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and mushrooms plus pancakes etc Fika teas and coffee in pm plus buffet meal in evening with great salads and lots of choice
Location is very convenient, outside terrace a bonus on warm evenings, but noise was a problem most evenings if you leave the windows open . However with ear plugs or windows shut, this wasn't a problem and would not put me off visiting again. Staff helpful and friendly.

Need hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes - very noisy at night on Fridays and Saturdays! Bed mattresses keep slipping off …

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!
We wish we weren’t placed in a room on a lower floor that was right by the alley. It was loud at night and not a nice view with dumpsters right there.

We came here for the second time. Again, especially the friendliness of the personnel was astonishing. And also the view to the harbor and the general atmospere is very nice.
We already knew that there are many bars close to the harbor. But if you like it quiet, it could be the wrong place.

The location was excellent. Evening meal and breakfast was great value for money. Free afternoon tea was an unexpected bonus too! Staff were really helpful and very friendly. The superior room with a view of the harbour was stunning!

The location by the water and near restaurants and the fjord excursion boats was excellent. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.
The room was small and in need of remodeling. The staff was short handed and not particularly friendly at dinner.
