Overall, our stay was okay and we enjoyed the hotel. The room was fine, the location was very nice, and I particularly liked the garden area. I also really appreciated how helpful the staff were when we asked for an extra bed in the room—they arranged it for us without any problems. There was free tea and water available throughout the day in the dining area, which was nice. Coffee, however, was only free during breakfast and had to be paid for at other times.

There were a few things that made us uncomfortable and that I think could be improved. First, the breakfast was supposed to finish at around 10:00, although I don’t remember the exact time. What I do remember very clearly is that we arrived with around 40 minutes still remaining. There were no boiled eggs left, so I asked if they could prepare some more. At first, we were told that they could not. It took quite a while to convince them, even though there were still around 40 minutes left of the breakfast service. I don’t think guests should have to insist to receive food while breakfast is still officially being served. Eventually, the person who seemed to be the manager or the person in charge noticed the situation. I don’t know exactly what his position was, but he seemed to be managing everything and giving instructions to the staff. Once he was informed that I wanted eggs, he said that they could be prepared, and the problem was finally solved. I appreciated that he intervened, but I don’t think it should have taken so much effort in the first place. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that whenever I went to the dining area outside breakfast hours to get tea or fill my bottle with water, someone from reception would almost immediately come into the area as well, apparently checking something or doing something in the kitchen. This happened repeatedly. It gave me the feeling that I was being watched or that they thought I was taking something. The only things available there were tea, water, sugar, tissues, plates, etc., so I found it very strange and uncomfortable that someone would appear almost every time I went there. The most uncomfortable situation was with the towels. We went to the beach and brought our own towels with us. When we returned to the hotel, I went to reception and asked whether, after taking a shower, I could bring the hotel towels downstairs to have them changed.

Location close to airport for a quick stop over. Lovely reception staff. Take away breakfast as our morning flight was too early for breakfast service. Clean. Aircon.

Everything was average minus. Nothing was good.

Location. Far from transport/taxi/bus station. Room. Very small. Bathroom. Only 1. Online it said that this apt will have 2. Small bathroom. No hot water. Breakfast. Very less items. Minimum service. Boring food. No bread toast even. Same food every day.
