Convenient location, very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and clean. Kitchen well provided for. Comfy lounge and dining area. Whilst in a built up area very quiet.

Location and parking

Living area a little small

Used the flat previously. Good location, great facilities, suits a family.

Front door inside and outside lights are not working.

The 2 bathrooms, the bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the car park.

The place is sold for 7 people but there are only 5 proper beds in the accommodation. The spare foldable bed for 1 person had a broken leg. The sofa bed is too narrow and not comfortable (incl. the mattress) for 2 people to fit and sleep on it. Even though we did say that there will be 7 people staying, the beds were only made for 5 when we arrived. Also and despite a well equipped kitchen, the dining area is very narrow, with a table and chairs available for 4 people only. The space may be too limited to add a coffee table by the sofa. The comfort is limited for people who can't sit at the table though. Spare tools could be an option to improve the sitting / dinning area.
