Overall stay was good, great value, beds were comfortable as well as the living area furniture. Improvements to cookware, shower heads in both bathrooms and internet connection would make the stay even better. Communication with management team was good, our fans went out and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Pool area is nice and the property is very well kept, quiet, and safe for families.

The condo was extremely clean and passed the "smell" test ! We had plenty of linens, towels and other must-have items to make the stay enjoyable. We had a couple of minor issues with the door lock (battery low) and ceiling fan malfunctions, but were addressed immediately by the host and maintenance. A/C worked beautifully.

Over all Very nice condo. Good location on the island. Walking distance to grocery stores and restuarants. Short drive or bike ride to the village or beaches.

My husband and I brought our labradoodle on this trip. The condo is spacious and clean. The location is in the center of the island with lots of eating options within walking distance.

Master bath toilet leak, obviously not a new issue. Couple area of chipped paint on walls.

Accommodations were very nice and stylish. The floor needed to be mopped, 1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom and 1 trash per trash can for 4 days for 3 adults was not adequate. We ended up buying more tissues, and trash bags. In addition there was not any dish washing liquid to use and we bought that also. It was quite, parking was excellent and being on the ground floor was was Great for our friend with leg problems. We would ask for this Suite again. Thank you

Overall, the property was acceptable however I would not rebook this location. The property is just as described, however, once we arrived at the property, we noticed the room was very hot. The thermostat was adjustable however it appears as though there hasn't been any maintenance on the unit. The filter and unit as a whole were caked in dust which allows for poor performance. The entire stay we were unable to have the unit work well enough to cool lower than 75 degrees F. We had to open windows to cool the unit and one of our family members ended up leaving to go stay at a hotel. The floors appeared to have never been mopped. Your feet will be black by the end of each day if you are barefoot. Alos if you have children that crawl DO NOT stay here. There was damage to the wall that needs repair as well as multiple light bulbs out throughout the property. Additionally, the light switches appear to be "dummy" switches. The do not work for any bedroom fixture and you will have to pull the chains for each fixture to have them operate. It was an affordable place to stay but as said before, I would not stay at this location again.

The layout of the condo has open space and nice room size. Very clean and nice condo.

Beautiful grounds with community pool which we enjoyed. It wasn't far from the beach and restaurants. Only had one small issue with shower not draining fast but it was fixed very quickly. Great condo.

Condo was very nice. Would give it 4 stars because the shower curtain liners were moldy and the drains in both bathrooms were slow. Pool needed to be cleaned but very nice otherwise.

Clean, easy access, great location, perfect for group getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was roomy with all the comforts of home. Driving to beach, shops,restaurants, pier, and lighthouse was not that far. Pool was pleasant and relaxing. Our only confusion was not sure if bicycles on property were accessible to us and never got a code to fitness room. And be sure you know where to drop off key for check out. That was another mystery. All in all condo and property was perfect for us.

We stayed for a long weekend and we loved the Condo. The pool was nice bonus when we didn't want to go to the beach. The beach was a short drive from the property. My only complaint was the cleaning crew had not shown up by the time we got there which was 1 1/2 hour after check-in. I was impressed that the property manager was there (taking care of another issue) and she was washing sheets/ towels and started the cleaning. If we didn't already have plans to be somewhere else soon after we arrived then the cleaning crew not showing up on time would have been a big inconvenience.

The only problem is the plumbing - both bathrooms have ancient and difficult to operate showers but management said they were taking care of it.
The AC went out while we were there but it was attended to quickly in a matter of hours while we were at the beach.
Overall highly recommend, we will be back for sure.

The AC barely worked, so it was 75 degrees in the condo the entire stay. Also zero communication from the rental company, so luckily it wasn't too bad or we probably would have been out of luck.
