Location. The breakfast was acceptable.

Bad WIFI. While it's an old building, the bathroom needs improvement: Rusty toilet plus no heating in the bathroom. No desk, no refrigerator.

The Location was pleasant. Close to the bus terminal as well as to route 7 and 40. City Center and main square are in a 10min walking distance so nice for everyone who likes a nice city stay with bars and restaurants in the vicinity but without the hustle to get in or out of town. Furthermore even though only one or two behind the reception spoke English all were extremely helpful and supportive and even the service on the room floor supported right away.

Well the interior of the room is a little dated and could use an update … eg paint showing cracks and it took the shower almost 5 min to get adequately warm. Furthermore there is a petrol station next to the hotel which in its self is not a problem since it is quiet during the night and one doesn’t notice but for my room it got quite nosy in the early morning.

Location was good. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was clean.

Did not like the skeleton key door locks. Felt uneasy overnight. The breakfast was mediocre, only cold cereal, meats and cheeses. Would not stay here again or recommend to others.

The hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner. Location was good.

The room is small and desperately needs modernising. The mattress on the bed was so worn you could feel the springs and the bedding had blood stains.
