Spacious and comfortable. Accommodated 3 families.

Basement had a strong mildew odor. Property needs to be “modernized” Perfect for families with children. Lights didn’t work. Water in the basement. Old tub couldn’t give the baby a bath in it. (It was a little yucky to bathe in) No water pressure in master bathroom sink. Would suggest a car to get to oak bluffs/beach. It’s walkable but no sidewalks so with small kids/strollers I wouldn’t suggest it.

The location was perfect. The house had a lot of space.

The hot water heater and furnace were not functioning. Therefore, not heat or hot water. There was personal items left around the house including a checkbook! The grounds were unkept. The porch screens were severely torn up. We had to be relocated because they couldn’t get the appliances fixed.
