Overall the place is good, and great price value.
Nothing much around but I was celebrating a birthday there and we had a great time (we came for the waterpark next door).
Villa is actually hotel room buildind setup, modern facilities (not Villa house).
The staff is very supportive and recommended us a great seafood place nearby.
The description can be confusing but the entire place has actually 2 other buildings (they call it Villa as well) that can be rented at the same time. We were suprised than when we book the whole villa, other people arrived there as well. Despite that point we had a good time, just need to clear this point better if you want to organize something private.
Last there was dogs quite loud in the proprity and in a cage (because the mother was with her young ones). This also was not communicated and felt sorry for the dogs while listening music there.

Phòng mới và rộng rãi
Vô phòng là mất wifi. Wifi chỉ sử dụng được ở sân ngoài tầng trệt. Mặc dù để giờ trả phòng là 12h nhưng mới 11h30 quản lý đã gõ cửa hối.

"+ Location: Very close to the beach, approximately 50-60m. The villa is opposite a school so it was a funny and nostalgic feeling to hear the drum sound.
+ Kitchen: amazingly well equipped.
+ Rooms: C..."
