I was charged twice for this condo. Contacted vrbo and was told the host would contact me and refund my money. My partner and I are both disabled and were given the upstairs unit with very steep stairs. I just want my second charge refund.

Isaiah and his wife were just fantastic and so helpful with our stay. Really nice, down to earth people. The apartment is about 150 feet from the sand / beach which was so convenient. Relatively quiet neighborhood with friendly people around. Close to everything you need.

We felt so lucky to find this place! It is right on the beach, about half way between the town square and the pier/amusement park, but still within walking distance of both. Even during the most crowded time of the year, this area of the beach was lovely and spacious, with just a few families and surfers. Being so close, we didn't need to drag all our stuff down to enjoy it, and hunt for bathrooms or food. Simply ideal.

Two nights - all was good. One more half bath would be ideal, but otherwise met our needs. Isaiah (owner) was very responsive! Very good experience.

We loved being so close to the beach and the added bonus of a few variety stores and grilled food at the corner really made our stay! The unit itself is "beach cottage" clean. The bedroom fans were nice to have but need cleaning. The unit is quaint with all the provided necessities for a nice short stay. Air conditioner is cold and water pressure was great. We enjoyed the small deck to sit out on however our view of the ocean was obstructed by overgrown bushes needing to be cut back. My only other suggestions would be to add a recycle receptacle. We didn't see one on the property so we had to throw all our plastics and cans in with our trash in the small barrel at the foot of the stairs and after 4 nights it was overflowing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next t
year. Big thanks to our excellent Host Isaiah for being very responsive and friendly!

Couldn't ask for a better location unless you were right on the beach. But you won't get beach front for this price. My only complaint is the small indoor shower. So probably would not stay for a whole week but was very happy with the place and the location and probably would go back up next year for a few days.

So close to the ocean you can hear and see it from the porch. I felt like a beach bum because we spent all our waking hours on the beach or in the ocean with such close location it was simple as walk out the door.
I loved the property and the location. I can not explain the difference in my oob experience at this location vs staying “downtown” so much more peaceful but close enough to still have the fun.

Isaiah was very responsive. The upstairs apartment needs better instructions on how to use the TV and the two unmarked light switches that turn it on and off. The silverware and glassware is skimpy for more than 2,people. OOB is great this time of year! Thx

Enjoyed our stay very close to beach cozy unit. I just couldn’t find any towels. Beach towels were there. Beds were comfortable living room was comfortable to watch tv and relax. Kitchen was small but it’s really all we needed.

This was actually better than I expected. I didn’t expect all the beach towels for the guest either. It’s about a 30 second walk to the beach. Minimum 10 minute walk to the pier/amusement park. Close to everything. My only weird item, was the bathroom had a BO smell in it when you walked in. Otherwise I would do this place again if the chance. Had 4 adults and 2 kids under 3.

Best Kept Secret on Old Orchard Beach!
This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was super cozy, so clean and convenient to downtown! The best part was its proximity to the beach!! That was a nice surprise as we loved walking the beach in the morning and laying out in the afternoon!

Great Location
The location was perfect, super close to beach, easy walk to Pier and quiet. Unit could use some updating. Parking was tight, but was assigned and off street. Wi-fi didn't really work. There was some confusion about what unit was ours as the listing does indicate unit number, however was easily solved by calling owner, who was easily reached. Woman who attends to the property was really nice as well.

Not suited for 6 as Advertised
The property is advertised as sleeping 6 with one BR having 2 twins and a pull out/futon. Reality is the pull-out is a convertable couch, in the living room, and it is barely passable for sitting (old and very tired) so forget using it for sleeping. The property is old and the cleanliness was marginal at best. It is very small and 4 adults with 2 children under 10 were 2 more than this rental can really accommodate. It would help if some information such as TV set-up was provided (we figured out to reboot the box, change the input selection and use the 2nd remote to change the channels). We certainly did not see a grill (shared or otherwise) as mentioned in the ad. The location is just steps to the beach which was very nice but other than that this rental is on the low end.

Perfect spot steps from the beach for our family. Nice to be on a quieter part of OOB. Rental was a little small but had everything we needed. WiFi had a poor signal and only one AC unit for the whole place but lots of fans. Tons of towels, comfy beds. Could see the ocean from the master bedroom every morning <3
