Kemer Port Garden

The room was clean and spacious. There was hot water, air conditioning worked, bed was comfy, room not too noisy despite being in the middle of the town. There was always someone around to complain about things to. I had an evening meal in the attached restaurant which was good, but did not have breakfast.

The description on booking .com is very inaccurate. It is 700m from the beach, so not 'beachfront location'. I guess 'the terrace' is the restaurant area. There was no sign of a 'lush garden'. I wasn't expecting luxury but I was surprised to find there were no towels nor a shower head on the shower. I had to ask for them both twice. Then when I came to use the toilet, found there was no toilet paper, so had to ask for that as well. Also the bidet nozzle flowed water all the time as the tap for it could not be turned off very well - and was in a very inaccessible place - you couldn't reach it when sitting on the toilet. Not a problem for me, but a waste of water. The staff/family sit around quite a lot, whereas they could be spending a bit of time repairing a few things that don't work and preparing rooms properly before guests arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge - then found it didn't work! Why don't they take it out rather than letting customers try, and fail, to turn it on? Or maybe the power socket is faulty?

Удобное расположение отеля, хорошо работал кондиционер, фен справлялся со своей функцией, вода в душе горячая была всегда, хорошие подушки и удобный матрас . В номере хорошее освещение, а этим не всегда могут похвастаться отели 5* даже)) начиталась отзывов про грязное постельное белье и полотенца , это не так и все было чистое ( сделала фото , прилагаю ) Окна выходили на полицейский офис и променад , ночью было идеально тихо и я спала с открытым окном . Если вам нужен отель просто переночевать и принять душ , это отличный вариант . Учитывая цену за ночь, отель супер. Не нужно ждать отель уровня 5 звезд , конечно , но отель реально хороший

Есть запах сигарет в комнате, но если открыть окно этого не чувствуется ( летом не вариант конечно ), в унитазе текла вода постоянно и было влажно в туалете из-за этого . Возьмите резиновые тапки, чтобы принимать душ, без них будет неприятно

A new room, which was very clean and obviously had been done up recently which was nice, a good location very short walk to restaurants and beach! At a good price too!

We turned up for the Free breakfast which was included and there wasn't any or any staff to question to ask about it, we checked out at 10am and still no one was there. Also curtains didn't fit the rail and bright street light outside our room, so was bright all night and the bed sheet was very small.
