Very enjoyable week. Property was great, communication with property owner/management company was perfect. Will reserve again.

We had a fantastic stay. The pictures of the cabin are accurate. Weather was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay in the Smoky Mountains. Cabin was spacious, clean and well maintained. Minor issue with the cable TV, but as you probably have read through other reviews, Joyce was very quick to respond and solved the problem. Cabin might not offer many grassy options for pets to relieve themselves. But a minor issue over all as you just would need to walk down hill. Overall, a great place, clean, great beds, and kitchen/dinning, and Joyce was wonderful. Would recommend.

This cabin was awesome. The host was very attentive the entire stay and kept us informed. I would say you don’t necessarily need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access it as the cabin is on a small hilly entrance but its not the worst BUT with that said, the last day we were there it snowed and cars that were not 4wheel drive could not climb the hill and were forced to leave the cars down and walk up which was not an easy climb. If you have access to a 4wd I would take it but its not necessary at least at this particular cabin. The cabin was nicely decorated and it even had a Christmas tree for us. It was well stocked and everyone in the group loved it. It was nicely located just 15 minutes to Gatlinburg and 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Pretty central to everything which we liked and still had an awesome view. The cabin was roomy and very comfortable. The only critiques I have are that the upstairs bedroom fan didn’t work. Luckily it was cold weather but still would have been nice to have. A bigger downside to was the bedding. The pillow cases are were very dated with little particles coming off and lint. They weren’t the cleanest. The beds, all of them were also pretty bad to the point of having to sleep on the bottom stairs sofas because of the bedding. Not one person liked their beds. Me having mild back aches from to time could not get a good nights sleep on the beds. Other than those things, everyone enjoyed their stay.
