Loon was great to stay at because of its location to local food, shops, and sight seeing spots. The place was very clean and basic. Loved that it was dog friendly. The staff were so very helpful when the wifi wasn't working, went out of their way to help us even after hours. Check in and out was a breeze. The only thing that took away from the experience is I wish there was more thought behind the decor and giving guests basic necessities such as proper hand soap, shampoo, body lotion etc. They gave us very cheap tiny body bars that just seemed like an after thought... That would be my only improvements. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: Very comfortable beds; location is super (walking distance to restaurants, etc.); pet friendly; service-desk available to help (con: during open hours only)Cons: Living room television difficult to work with multiple remotes and no instructions and is not connected to WiFi (so no Netflix, etc. to log into); living room sofas had definite odor of animals (wet-dog smell)Overall had a nice stay, but for the price, have stayed in much nicer and updated Airbnb.

We rented this unit with friends and found it very clean and well equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the restaurants and shops downtown (you can walk to them from this unit). We visited the Ice Castle which was only 5 minutes away by car. We stayed in a cooked many meals and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. The beds were comfy and bathrooms very clean. The property management team was very responsive and helpful during the reservation process. The only thing negative I have to say is that we had a hard time getting in the unit with the key provided. It took many tries to get the key to work which was frustrating.

This was a great place to stay for a ski weekend. Unit is close to the mountain and local business and restaurants. The unit itself is pretty well equipped and clean. Just a few small things in the kitchen would've made it a teeny bit better (better knives for cooking and a toaster), but nothing that would keep me from renting it again.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The check in/out process was very easy. Our favorite thing about the condo was that it was an easy walk to downtown N. Woodstock and to the Cascades. It was about a 3-5 min. drive to Lincoln and Loon Mtn. Great weekend getaway!!

Overall we had an amazing stay. My biggest complaint is that the third floor was so hot it was uninhabitable. The air conditioner on the second floor shut off every few hours because the bucket of water filled. We had to bring sheets and pillows downstairs and sleep on the couches.

We really enjoy staying in Alpine Village due to its proximity to the Woodstock Inn and other North Woodstock attractions. This unit was super clean, and my son loved the 3rd floor loft. There are chickens and ducks that live at a house out the back, so we enjoyed taking our coffee out there in the morning and watching them.

The process of booking this place was rediculously complicated becuase a rental agency listed it on VRBO, but then made me go through thier whole rental processs on top of the VRBO stuff, which required multiple other forms to be filled out right after I booked as well as more emails with additional forms and signatures needed two days before my trip. The agent also told me it cost more to book on here than going through the rental agency, but wouldn't allow me to that. Definately not the experiece I'm used to with booking vacation spots. I waited too long to book so was stuck dealing with them since there was no other places available, but don't recommend it.

The unit was clean but was the bare minimum. The unit was the same as staying in a hotel. I would have liked to see it stocked a little better. Just little things like having a cup of tea. There was no grill at the unit which was disappointing. There also was no yard in the back for the dog to run around. The property was abutting trees and neighbors so you could not go off the deck.

It is advertised with a pool and there’s no pool. It said bedrooms had AC and only one did.
All went smooth. We had many many dead flys on windowsills and kitchen floor.
