The spa and sauna were amazing. Under cover parking was great, the host were super friendly and the apartment had everything we needed. We even got a bottle of wine on arrival.

Miejsce wspaniałe. Apartament bardzo dobry , czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Wygodna sypialnia i pokój dzienny. Wspaniali, pomocni z dobrą energią, a jednocześnie dyskretni. Za rok wracamy.

Absolutnie nic!

Very kind staff. We reserved for 2 persons because we didn't know until the last few hours if the third person will be able to come and they did not make any problems about it, we just paid the difference in price at the location. Also the check-ins are from 15:00 to 21:00 and we arrived later as we were coming from work that day and we made online check-in and they left us the keys in a safe and sent us all the instructions on how to get the keys and how to open the garage for the car. Location is amazing it's a 2 minutes walk to the main gondola and also you get the keys to a locker in the ski depot right under the gondola station so you can leave the skis and the boots there. If we are ever coming back to Kronplatz we'll be for sure staying here at the Bun Ste Residence.
