This top floor condo had excellent views from the balcony, easy access from the reserved covered parking spot and quick elevators. The rooms were spacious with a great floor-plan. The beds were so comfortable! Living area furniture could use a soft ottoman, but otherwise was nice. We had everything we needed, plus some. Communication was great with both owner and housekeeper and Tanya's grocery service was a huge time-saver! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the beach and saw dolphins, rays, and a manatee! We also enjoyed some family ping pong tournaments on the table downstairs. Would love to stay here again and will recommend.

We absolutely loved the condo. Everything was as described and more. The water was crystal clear and view gorgeous! Not crowded at all because its not filled with businesses.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a week of relaxation. The sound of the ocean and watching the waves very relaxing, the condo nice and clean.

Condo was great, view was amazing. Condo was under construction at the time, but the noise wasnt bad and it did not affect the amenities.
Two small complaints:
- Kitchen wasn’t stocked well with basic seasonings and perishables (Salt/pepper/oil)
- The provided beach chairs were very small and basic - only really suitable for small women and children.

The property was just as advertised. Very well equipped, thoughtful gifts awaited our arrival. Spacious living room/ dining room, comfy beds and did I mention the beautiful views from the balcony patio? Never waited for the elevator more than 10 seconds. Handy carts to haul our stuff up and down. Under cover parking spot, short walk to beach, pool was delightful!! I guess you can say we’re very satisfied and hope to return!!

Loved the condo. Weather was a bit cold and wet but we still enjoyed our visit. A beautiful view, that never grew tiresome. The friendly Great Blue Heron who visited us on the beach and the pier was a bonus! We will most likely be back! Great area and very comfortable accommodations.

This condo is conveniently located directly beachfront with a great view of sunrise and sunset. It is a large property with comfortable furnishings and everything you might need included. Covered parking and an elevator make it a great spot for a beach vacation.

The unit was spotless and so comfortable. The views from the balcony cannot be beat. Such a peaceful and restful spot to spend a holiday and celebrate a babymoon.

Everything was great during the stay! Plenty of space for my family. Had friends staying there in another condo and was enough room for everyone to hang out as well. Everything we needed for the week was there. Chairs, a wagon, umbrella and beach toys.

The condo is stunning from the views to the decor. It is obvious that they take great care and pride in their home away from home! The added touches and details (including binoculars for the spectacular show the dolphins put on for us every day right outside our balcony and the "sea turtle" safe flashlights) were amazing. And, Tanya, who gets the condo ready for the next guests was just as amazing as the owners! She even picked up our groceries and carefully stocked them in the kitchen so they would be there when we arrived. We absolutely adored every second we spent there!

A beautifully decorated and well equipped condo with an amazing view. This was our first time to Nevarre Beach and is my new fave. We hope to be back!

Jeff and Linns condo was better than pictures. The condo had a well stocked kitchen to make a gourmet meal and everything you need to have a full day on the beach; they pay attention to every detail. My friend and I felt like we were at home.
The views were amazing, we saw dolphins every day.
The condo building itself was a very clean property and we never waited for an elevator 😀

Beautiful condo at our home away from home. View was spectacular, and the binoculars were an excellent touch to watch dolphins and other sea life from the balcony. All rooms had large ceiling fans to keep you cool when sleeping which was also nice. My family and I will definately try to book this condo again next year.

The condo has movies, books, puzzles and games for all ages in addition to beach gear and sand toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I had a simple question upon arrival, and Jeff answered immediately. The unit is on the 9th/top floor. Not only was the condo exceptional, but we were just as impressed with the Regency. The building is very quiet and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. We definitely will book this unit again whenever we return to Navarre Beach. I highly recommend this property.

Best Spring break ever!!

Beautiful condo-exceptional service
We loved the condo. It was huge, well equipped and comfortable. Our first stay in Navarre Beach and it was beautiful! We were lucky enough to be here for the Mardi Gras parade. Great fun! The most amazing thing was arriving at the condo and the caretaker had picked up our grocery order and stocked the kitchen for us!! A real bonus after a very long drive!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Everything needed to cook food but mostly we ate out for local seafood. Enjoyed walking the beach every day - not too crowded. Unit was clean and comfortable. Would definetly return to this unit.

Our Happy Place
We love the Navarre Beach Regency and have stayed here numerous times but not in this unit. We could tell it had been recently renovated and everything was very nice. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The weather was perfect and we hope we are able to book this one again.
