Easily accessible

-Wasn’t advised that we need to pay to access the pool by host. - Utensils at Boathouse Restaurant wasn’t clean even after asking for replacement, ended up not finishing the food. -Staff at the arcade were not helpful when machine wouldn’t dispense tickets and informed my Daughter, not to call him as he was busy. - No Free Wi-Fi in Caravan area only at the offices , Bar and Restaurant, this was not communicated by host . -Communication to host was only at check-in and check-out. Called twice after Check-in but my calls were ignored with no call back or text.

Perfect location for a short break away. Short drive to the pier and some lovely restaurants. Great shopping Village nearby. Caravan was cosy, very warm and clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Would have liked some cleaning products in the caravan ie toilet cleaner, bleach, floor cleaner. Shower holder was abit loose and span round when using it.

We made a very late booking and from other reiviews i was worried about the cleanliness of the caravan but i have to say it was very clean. It was such a lovely idea/ gesture to have my cleaning package! It included a tea towel, sponge, spare bin bags. The vacuum cleaner was great. It was strong enough to clean the property before we left. Property is very spacious. I was worried we would feel like we were at home and on top of each other but luckily we weren't and we all got on and had a lovely short break away! The beds were super comfy! My girls fell asleep within minutes so that says it all for me! This property has a toilet and a bathroom with a toilet in too. This was great as the girls always seem to need to use the toilet at the same time🤣

The sofa fabric is dated but to be honest I was quite relieved as we took our two dogs with us. It was their first trip away and I was worried they wouldn't settle but they did.

I didn’t liked the caravan because it was very dirty and the mattress was very bad and the mattress spring was out.

It absolutely amazing and very relaxing! ☺️ great place to go and enjoy clacton on sea we are definitely going back again! Everyone is so friendly 🙂 just love it there! Would highly recommend it 100% 👌 👍 😀
