Orchid Corner is the first B & B of Meta!
Since 1999 we have transformed our house in a cozy Guesthouse which occupies a beautiful palace of 1700, located in the historical center of the city, not so far from Sorrento and a short walk to Alimuri beach.
All our accommodations have independent entrance, private bathroom, amazing kitchenette fully equipped.
Common outdoor areas completely equipped with tables, chairs and bbq.
Our location is convenient because is well connected to major tourist destinations of Campania: Capri, Ischia, Procida, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Naples.
Linen and towels included. Parking space available only on request. It’s possible to book more rooms/apt. It’s possible to ask for breakfast and dinner. Free luggage storage.
Our house is located in a small street in the historical center of the village, far from traffic areas / traffic lights, but at the same time you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot, the bus stop at 3 minutes and the train station in 10 minutes. Also a few minutes walk you can reach the little square with supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, laundromat, shops of soap and everything for the house. A 4/5 minute walk there are also several bar, restaurants and pizzerias.
From our house is possible to reach the first bus stop in 3 minutes walk; this bus line bring you from Meta beach to the center of Sorrento in 30/35 minutes. Train station of Meta is about 10 minutes walk and from there is possible to reach Sorrento in 5/7 minutes (just 3 stops); our train line also bring you to Pompei and Herculaneum archeological excavations, Naples is reachable in 1 hour by train. By Bus it s also possible to go to Amalfi Coast. Positano is about 30 minutes by car from our house, Ravello is about 1 hour and half.
We are always available for any information. We offer our help to plan your days here and, if interested, to book some excursion by boat/bus or for rent car/scooter.

We were very pleased with the property. Each room had its own entrance and bathroom, with a large shared space outdoors.We spent many nights hanging out as a group in the outdoor terrace. If you want to do tours, you only take a short walk to catch transit. The beach is very close. We loved hearing the church bells, that told us the time. Meta was quaint, safe and easy to navigate.Giorgio was so helpful and offered many suggestions. She responded very quickly and went beyond to make us comfortable.
