The facility location is good, 10 minutes walk to the airport and they do have a shuttle bus

Room was very comfortable, convenient for airport and the morning shuttle service was prompt. We are likely to use this hotel again when travelling through Izmir.

I only stayed there for one night between flights, and I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the airport. And wow, was it convenient! The staff pick you up and you can actually see the hotel from the airport (it's less than five minutes). Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is pretty good, and I barely noticed the planes. It was quieter than some hotels I've stayed in that weren't near an airport. The room and the bed were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge my gear. Blinds on the windows for privacy and extra sleep time. A decent-sized shower in a glass enclosure. A wet bar if you needed it and a hot-water kettle. Dinner available on the premises -- and it was actually quite good -- and the traditional Turkish breakfast buffet had a large selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My only regret is that I was in transit and I couldn't stay there longer! No complaints, here!

close to airport great staff poor management

there was no air conditioning as it is shut down from September onwards. This was not advertised or made known. manager claimed it was by popular demand of guests. so anyone wanting the option of air conditioning had no option but to go without it. what a weak excuse to save money. we were told to open the window in the evening as the temperature cooled off. when we did it was too noisy to sleep. we had to request a fan for the second night from the lovely staff at reception. what a disgrace in managing an airport hotel where guest stay for quiet and rest over short periods.

behavior of the staff at reception when I checked out was pretty bad. He spoiled my impression of the hotel.
