Great Staff and Amazing Location!!

Beautiful beach front location..
Room very comfortable with absolutely stunning sunrise view
Staff in the main friendly, except cafe staff.. not sure what the problem is there.
Pool area is nice, but imagine high season very difficult to fine a sun bed.
Easy parking over the road, not difficult.. no need to pay for valet parking unless you really can't walk across a road. Still $21 a day for parking
Asked several times for an issue to be sorted in the room, only on 3rd attempt was it sorted
Staff at the cafe area, very dismissive and unhelpful.
Restroom next to pool locked, you could have put a sign up... you need to track into the hotel for toilets doesn't seem to make sense.
No Kettle, though you have the one we bought as we forgot it..sorry water out of a coffee maker just doesn't cut it ..

Very beautiful deco along with the beautiful smiles of the staff. The front desk lady Val was awesome all the way to the the very nice female security guard were just so professionally sweet and considerate.

Location
Sheets where the wrong size, no fans, lots of loud noises from the elevator all night.
