Got a very spacious, family suite on the 5th floor with a living room and a computer desk; Extremely comfortable beds (queen×2); great WiFi; awesome breakfast with 4 real menu options and a waiter; underground parking lot; situated right at the heart of San Jose, so we could just hike the sightseeing on foot; friendly front desk clerks;
Parking spots too narrow, careful maneuvering required; door knob jamming at times

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with three types of breakfast selections. The hotel staff was very accommodating as well. There is a gym and sauna on the property. Most of the local stores are in close proximity of the hotel. There is also available parking under the hotel. There is also a money exchange office adjacent to the hotel lobby.
The room was a bit stuffy because the air conditioner was off. I don't know if that's common practice. It didn't take too long for the room temperature to become comfortable. I couldn't find an electrical wall outlet adjacent to my bed, there was one on the wall below the television.

The properties were not in good condition. The AC has noisy and window was not openable. Quite old-style furnishing and stuff.
