Glendine Country House Wexford

The staff were so kind and attentive. Nothing was too much for them. Their breakfast was outstanding with locally sourced products and served with lovely cheerful faces! We also loved the farm animals and wonderful scenery right from our room

The lumpy pillows

We absolutely loved our stay at Glendine Country House. From the moment we arrived, Tom made us feel incredibly welcome and immediately helped us with dinner reservations since we had arrived later than planned. The house and grounds are beautiful, peaceful and full of character. Seeing Highland cattle in the front yard was such an unexpected surprise, and we loved being given a bucket of food to feed the deer! Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the entire house felt warm and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding — cooked to order with plenty of choices, great coffee and served in the beautiful dining room. Most of all, it was the hospitality that made Glendine so special. The owners and staff made us feel more like family than hotel guests. This was our favorite stay of our entire Ireland trip.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The location is quite remote, so there aren’t many restaurants or shops nearby, but for us that was actually part of the charm. Just something to be aware of when planning your stay.

Attention to detail and relaxed atmosphere. Good menu, excellent service. Little touches very welcome

New experience for us sharing a home with owners. We were made very welcome but took us a while to settle.

We just loved it can't wait to go again 💞
