Very clean and taken care of. Staff made a mistake and gave us the keys to an already occupied room (similar names! Honest mistake!) Bent over backwards to make it right. Immediately gave us a new room and comped breakfast.
Everything was nice! No complaints.

Hotel is in a great location, clean on the outside.
Twice they cleaned the room without changing the sheets. Shower and sinks were not cleaned cleaned out on those days. They simply pulled up the blankets and changed the towels in the rooms. Expected a little more from a Hilton. Also, there were shower issues all week. They said they had a hot water tank go out but it kept causing our showers to literally shut off in the middle of a shower and stand there freezing for 30-45 seconds before the water would restart and when it did it was ice cold.
