L’appartamento è accogliente e bene organizzato

Marco was in contact well before our arrival day to organise keys. He was extremely helpful ensuring i got on the right waterbus and meeting me at the stop - even carrying my bag to the apartment - he gave a detail tour to ensure we would have everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is extremely well situated for the Arsenale and Giardini where we were working for the week. It has great facilities, everything you could possibly need and more, it is clean, well laid out and amazingly quiet. The beds were super comfortable too! Small additions like a key lockbox and somewhere to store cases on the last day (alongside how brilliant Marco was) really set this place apart from other places we have stayed.

Tiniest comment would be a couple more clothes hangers in the ensuite bedroom - but honestly I nothing negative to say

The host, Marco was very helpful and polite from the outset. He answered all our questions concerning transport, sightseeing, shops etc. He picked us up at San Zaccaria boat station and walked us to the apartment. He even let us leave our luggage early which was a huge bonus as we arrived in the morning. The apartment is perfect - it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located within easy walking distance from St Marks Square on a quiet side street but close to shops and restaurants.

I believe that (due to an oversight), the bed sheets in both bedrooms had not been changed before our check-in.

Appartment was comfortable. And groscery shop was so near. Not far from central. My mother had weelchair there was 3 steps to the appartment and cannal crossing steps but she can walk a bit of steps it was fine for us.
