Very comfortable place to stay as we visited Annapolis for a family reunion. Only 10-15 minute drive to most of our destinations and in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The backyard is a lovely place to relax with views of the South River and a hammock! Highly recommend!

Just like home beautiful thank you

This is the best Vacation Rental I have ever stayed at. Susan is such a pleasure and her property is an oasis right in the city! I cannot recommend it enough and I will be back!!!!Book with confidence!

We spent a wonderful week at this cozy ground-level retreat overlooking the South River Sanctuary. It was perfect for us, and my wifes’ elderly mom. The view was absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and calm water right outside our patio. There’s a narrow trail leading down to a private pier, where we set crab traps with chicken legs generously provided by our host (and yes, the girls caught some!).The two-bedroom space was clean, quiet, and private, with everything we needed—including a full laundry room, easy parking, and helpful local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. We grilled dinner most nights and enjoyed it on the patio, no matter the weather. The setting was so peaceful—we spotted cardinals, ducks, lizards, squirrels, a fox, deer, a daily visit from a great blue heron, and even a local rowing team and some adventurous swimmers. The neighborhood was friendly, and the whole experience felt like discovering a secret little cove. Mom loved sitting on the patio just watching the water and trees. My husband was thrilled to grill and relax with a soccer game on TV. My wife loved the soft, cool bed after long, hot July days.Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and a touch of adventure—all in one spot. Our hostess Susan was so awesome and is a new friend and we loved the area so much that we choose to move here! I highly recommend this hidden Gem.
