Breakfast was great, plenty of choices but the hot water for tea wasn’t hot enough. Husband said coffee was fine, plenty of hot produce, sweet and savoury. No complaints.
Hot water for tea could have been hotter but no other complaints.

Great location, around a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and very convenient for exploring Tours. The staff were excellent, genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and breakfast was good.
The room could have benefited from better ventilation, as smells tended to linger. The gym was quite basic and one of the machines was out of order during our stay. Nothing major, but there was some room for improvement.

Location was excellent.
Foyer and breakfast room nicely presented, clean and with a lovely fresh smell. Breakfast was good.
Unfortunately the tv did not work in our room despite person from receptionist coming up to the room to try to fix it.

Nice big bed and nice bathroom. Clean and quiet room.
I really don’t like the smell in the lobby and that windows couldn’t be opened in the room. Breakfast was mostly sweets and no signs in English. No place to have breakfast outside.
