The location!
It is a bit noisy because it is in the centre of Polignano!

LOCATION - Fabulous! VIEWS - Spectacular! BREAKFAST - nice. STAFF - exceptional! The Suite was huge and I can't say enough about the views from the balcony's ...what an amazing location!
The bathroom needs some TLC... we found ants and a creepy crawler in the bathroom, and we think they come from the doors they sealed up where the A/C is.. which was another negative. The AC was in the bathroom in a closet, which if you close it, forget getting cold air.. so you need to keep the cabinet door open and the bathroom door open to get AC in the bedroom... which wasn't fun went you showered or used the toilet.. it was freezing! There was also some smell in the kitchen and living room - almost like gas that wasn't pleasant.

The location was in the historical center.
The room was extremely loud, at 2AM the street was very loud and everything was heard in the room. Should mention that the room is loud and the price to reflect this.
Breakfast was poor and a lot of bees, could not stay there for more than 10min, despite the view being very nice.
