My room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed, lots of tea and coffee and hot water on tap/shower....I also had undisturbed sleep, hardly any noise from other guests or by seagulls and free on street parking (if your lucky) i was this time...I would happily stay here again...
A few little niggles but nothing major...

For a b&b on a budget it was nice and clean. White bedding is a must, and it was spotless. Liked the laminate / lino flooring, much better than a dirty carpet! Would happily stay again 😀

Location was great, the host was friendly, room was a good size, had free WiFi
Rooms are grubby and could do with a bit of TLC, it smells old from the minute you walk in through the doors, breakfast was nice but was cold,
