Cute house. Had everything we needed. Publix is right down the street which was great! Didnt get to use the pool due to weather. Thanks for lending us your home 😀

We were in winter haven for an event and it was so close to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was clean and it was nice that Snow had amenities available for use such as coffee pods and shampoo, etc. We did enjoy being able to sit outside and chat - the neighborhood was quiet. The only suggestion I have is to supply more pillows and get some cushiony mattress pads. The entry lock worked perfectly and was actually the easiest entry of any place we've rented. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Decent spot for the money.

Nice house, perfect for a small group of people. However there are not many pots and pans to cook with(1 small pot with 1 small pan and 1 larger pan. No sheet pans for oven. Also the ac wasn’t working great and was almost 80 degrees for our whole stay.

Great freaking host!

If you need a private place to go to rest or relax in a pool and have a little more privacy, I do not recommend this house since I was looking for that but it was not. Firstly, the house is divided, that is, there are other people living and you have almost no privacy. Secondly, we don't have access to change the air conditioning in our own way, so it's very hot. Thirdly, it's the people. which is also at home. . It does not say it in the description of the house, it is supposed to be the whole house, it does not go out, it is shared with another person, the people on the other side make a lot of noise, at midnight I ended up watching my movie at a very low volume and they started to make noise on the walls etc. I do not recommend this place at all if you do not want to lose your money do not visit here thank you very much

Very nice pool house

The house was nice the pool felt wonderful apx 25 minutes to the boombah baseball complex. The bottom does need a vacuum run over it in the pool. But we really enjoyed it over the team hotel for sure

I enjoyed the sunroom; the living room couch and lighting is really nice.

Overall the property was quiet and clean. However, i expected to be renting a single family home. This was not. Homeowner has divded the house into two units. We thought we had privacy. I did not know that when my son and i were sitting on the back sunroom, that there was someone listening within 4 ft. Of us in the house. Didnt realize it until night time when i was in the backyard. I kept seeing a person in the window but i knew my son wasnt in the house.. then as i inspected, i realized that the measurments of the house didnt add up.. that it was much smaller on the inside than the outside. As i walked around the house i noticed windows right next to where my son and i were just at that we couldnt access.. then i noticed a whole other enterance to the house! It wasnt a ghost, someone else was living in the house! but there is no seperate mailbox.. it shares the mailbox. So its not like the owner doesnt have the right to do that, of course they do.... but if you rent a single family home, you have the reasonable expectation that you will be the ONLY family on the property. This was advertised as a single family home and it most certainly is not. I took photos and video to show exactly what im talking about. I would ask that the homeowner change the ad to reflect that you are not renting a single family home and should not have the expectation of privacy that a home has. And refund a percentage of the stay for false advertising and not renting me the home that was listed.

The pool was nice and the house clean. The biggest problem was that the refrigerator did not work so we had to continue to buy ice for the cooler to keep the drinks and food we brought cold. It would have been nice to have a heads up on this since the previous renter had the same issue. I understand that but there are emergency people to come out and fix it if you want to pay for it. The other issue was the plumbing. The toilet would flush the waste and then when the host came by and fixed it it backed it up into the tub and WE came home and had to clean it. We were told to throw our tissue in the trash. It was good to get home and no worry about going to the bathroom. The HOSt did come out to fix it but we were still worried about another back up in the shower and toilet. If they get these issues fixed then this is a top plac to rent.

We enjoyed our two week stay. It was a nice updated home with a great location. We enjoyed having our meals on the patio with the view of the pool and the backyard. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer but there were laundromats not too far away.

Convenient location, clean. Plumbing issues, but host was quick to respond and fix herself. Access to washer/ dryer would have been a plus!

Snow was a very good host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very clean and cozy. The property was in a great location. Close to all stores and restaurants, close to all attractions. It was very quiet. Snow provided all essentials needed. The linen and towels/wash cloths were very clean. The house was very pleasant smelling upon arrival. The only issue I had was that the lowest setting allowed for the AC was 72°. For some this ay be perfectly fine, but for us, we preferred a temperature of 69°. (70° at the least)

Everything you need is nearby. Snow was easily accessible and was able to take care of anything that we needed quickly.

My daughter and I stayed here twice within two weeks for UCF orientation and Move In. Plumbing was a problem both times. The first time the toilet clogged and backed up into the bathtub. Second visit it just clogged. Both times with nothing in there to clog it. Living room is freezing and bedrooms are hot. Bring a fan. Second visit I had to repeatedly text and call the host for our check in door code for a couple of hours. The TV in the second bedroom doesn't work, missing HDMI cable for the Roku box. I told the host on the first visit and it was still not corrected on the second visit. I picked it for proximity to campus. Not worth the money. Property was clean.

we've stayed here on both of our trips to florida. all communication is prompt and above and beyond! house is clean and has just about anything you'd need! bring clothes and food and you're all set!!! highly recommend! (and have done so to friends!)

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had most everything we needed. A few more cooking dishes we could have used. The porch and pool were awesome!! Wish there was an outdoor grill and lounge chairs around the pool. Overall it was great! We would stay again.

I reserved this property for co-workers since there was a large group of us and we stayed in several houses all over town. This was the only one where we had problems. They checked in 2 dates late and right away informed me that the place was not cleaned well. Then sewage started coming up through the shower drain and the place smelled terrible. They left the very next day after that unpleasant experience. Owner admitted that they had to have a plumber come in and fix it and that it had happened before, and yet when I tried to get a refund threatened to keep my deposit and accused us of having done something to cause the plumbing issue. I have yet to receive a refund as she claims that only Vrbo can issue it, and Vrbo says it's her. I don't know who to believe, but either way I'm out money and have not received a refund for the unused days. Don't recommend ever renting this property.
