This was a brilliant stay. The location was perfect for the charming town of Castelnuovo Berardenga, which was a short, and safe, walk from the property. We visited the nearby vineyards (Felsina) on the day of arrival and the hosts recommended good parking for us and, again, we were within walking distance of the vineyards. The apartment itself was so spacious and well equipped. The lounge and bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished and the bathroom was a really good size with a really good shower! The hosts were very kind to us and made it easy to check-in with the keys in a lock-box outside the property. This was handy to leave the key in there when going out for the day and also to check-in out of hours. They also provided us with some sewing gear when my girlfriend had a broken strap which was very kind. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, hob etc and had all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses that we could need. The hosts also very kindly provided some nice breakfast cake bars with crackers, breadsticks and jams AND some really nice Vin Santo with some cantucci biscuits which was a lovely touch for after evening meals which we ate in the garden! Really liked the garden space with a bistro table and chairs which was good for breakfast and the bigger table for buffet-style dinners. I would 100000% stay here again, my cousin lives in the village so I know when I come to visit I'll be trying to stay here! Hugely recommend. And there was a very good air conditioning unit!

I genuinely couldn't think of anything. I've read reviews where people complain about the windows and the hosts watching TV but we had no such issues. Yes, ok, the windows in the bedroom and bathroom are a little high up and not easy to open but the lights are very effective and the lounge and kitchen area has some nice big windows to open and let in the natural light so no complaints. We did hear low level TV sounds from upstairs when we were eating outside but you're right below the window and they literally live there so it's pretty unrealistic to expect complete silence and we certainly had no problems whatsoever :) We had zero problems!

È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare presso l'Agave: un appartamento provvisto di tutto il necessario, comodo e accogliente. La signora Letizia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo momento, omaggiandoci anche di una "dolce sorpresa" durante il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è in una posizione facilmente accessibile in auto e, per la stessa, dispone di un parcheggio comodissimo.
