We had a wonderful trip. The location was excellent. We walked to restaurants, grocery stores, beach, and souvenir shops. The pool was heated and glorious. Our toddlers loved to swim and we loved the hot tub. We also loved that they supplied everything needed in the kitchen and laundry.

Stayed for a week. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of several places to eat. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a great place to stay. Lots of room, only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, pool, sauna, close to the grocery store.
The only issue we had was the couch in the living room. It looks great in the picture, offering plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch TV, but there were basically only about two places that you could sit without sitting on the springs to the couch.
We would definitely stay here again.

The rental process was relatively easy however I didn't like that I couldn't talk to a live person when I had questions. Eric was a huge asset and he responded immediately!

Nice roomy home with pool. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Mgmt was quick to respond. As mentioned, some of the furniture shows wear but other than that, it’s a great house!

Had a great break here. Location was perfect with beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within. 10 mins walk. The pool and spa were fantastic. Bedrooms and facilities were great throughout. Only improvement could
be the provision of more than 2 sun loungers. Thanks for a great holiday.

Perfect size property for our family of 7. Great location- walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Very clean. Only issue was that we had several windy days and the pool umbrellas became missiles - needed sturdier bases.

This is a great house for a family getaway! Spacious, clean and only five-minute walk to the beach and most amenities. We had a few minor issues with the property, but they were addressed quickly by Eric. The only reason for 4 stars is some minimal investment is needed in new furniture and more silverware in the kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again the next time we are in the area.

The house is more beautiful in person! We preferred to stay in and enjoy the pool more than anything during our vacation.

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach and the grocery store. The house had everything we needed and the pool was nice. I would stay there again.

Good location
The place was nice and the property group was quick to reply to any concerns we had. The first day we did see a few palmetto bugs but they were quick to send over and exterminator and it was fine the rest of they stay.

If you’re looking for a place that’s close to the ocean, restaurants, and places for kids to place - this is great. Our biggest issue was the pool and hot tub not staying warm but the house was nice and big for my family to enjoy. I’d come back again!

Great Location!!
This is a wonderful house, in a great neighborhood. Close to beach and lots of bars and restaurants. We had 6 total people and there was plenty of space with nice bed linens and plenty of towels. Each of the three big bedrooms has its own bathroom, so that was really nice also!

The walk to the beach took only about 5 minutes and was very easy to access. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance so we did not have to drive anywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet so it was easy to relax around the pool.

Excellent vacation! The house met all our needs and the few issues we had with pool/hot tub temperature were immediately addressed. Would love to come back and stay again!

The pool was fun! 15 minute walk to the wonderful beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants. We went on a 3 hour boat ride from the boat shop 2 blocks away, what a good time. We will be back.

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat
Overall the house was great, in a perfect location and the pool - specifically the spa - were fantastic. It was a bit cool and we used it daily. Some great restaurants along Atlantic within walking distance - Houston's, The Foundry, Umberto's, and 26 Degrees Brewing Co when you want a few cold ones! We walked to the beach a few times, only 10 mins. We're always in awe of the intracoastal and the amazing homes on and around it. One can dream can't they??
The house was spotless, the cleaners were just leaving when we arrived and you could smell the sanitizing which alleviated any possible concern, given we had our grandchildren (2 yrs and 3 week newborn). The pack and play crib was fantastic, we didn't have to bring one with us. The only reason for 4 stars is some minimal investment is needed in the kitchen. There's plenty of dishes and glasses, however there is a need for more silverware and some of the cookware and utensils are tired and need to be replaced. We would definitely rent the house again when we need a place to stay in the area.

Great location and clean!
We had a blast in the clean and refreshing pool, after a long day out. The spa attached to the pool was an enormous addition to the experience!
The house clean and in a great location- it was the perfect family getaway/vacay....
However some parts of the home are a bit dated and needed some slight tlc.. otherwise it's the perfect home for you and your little ones....

Great place for a great price
The property was very clean and spacious. We had 7 people and had plenty of space ! The Backyard area and pool were amazing. The only downside is that our hot tub did not heat up but we still had a great time !

Great house!
The house was wonderful. Very clean and had everything we needed. The few times we needed anything, Eric was at our door within hours. The kitchen was very well stocked including various spices, all fairly new. We stayed for a month and even when we had 7 people there, there was plenty of room. The pool and jacuzzi were maintained twice a week, so always clean. Everyone who came to do any of the property maintenance was very nice and respectful. We even got a courtesy house cleaning half way through our stay! The 10 minute walk to the beach and the 5 minute walk to the grocery store and some restaurants was very convenient. And I can highly recommend Haircuts Mia if anyone needs their hair done!

We loved this property! Our group had a wonderful stay and were amazed with the house and amenities! The backyard is very nice and we loved that it was so close to shopping and restaurants and in such a good location to explore the area! We will definitely keep this place in mind if we return to this area again!!

People coming in
I was very upset that we didn't really have privacy we had handyman walking in on is once we were in the pool someone came to fix the dryer so was no privacy and then had the plumber walking in the house in morning before I had chance of getting dressed how do I know if there weren't other people walking in when we were not there

Short walk
We had a great time. Although it was easier to drive with 3 kids, the house was close enough to the ocean, my husband and I could walk in the morning. Would definitely stay again!
