The game stations are fun. My son likes the bunk bed.

First. of all, this house is super small and poorly decorated. Do not trust the pictures. Secondly, it charges $250 cleaning fee, yet you must put on the bed sheets yourself, take them off before checking out yourself, and dump the trash to a designated place on yourself (and the place is not open everyday). You have to wash and put away all dishes you have used, although they had been dirty with food residues when you took them out from the cabinet. It was not surprising that we found dirty socks underneath one of the beds. It also charges a service fee of about $30/day, yet the contact staff would disappear and never respond to your questions again once you have successfully checked in. You will also be demanded to go to the HOA office to get a rental package, which is just a few pieces of useless paper, but you withstand the rudeness of the staff there and pay them cash to get it. All in all, if you have a choice, stay away from properties run by Evolve. (We went on the trip with another two families, who rented another house in Locust Lake Village, which was $100 cheaper, two times larger, very beautiful and provided great service. It was run by another management company.)

we were just hanging out doing bon fire at night and were quiet but neighbor complained us to keep quiet.

everyone had their own bedroom. the pool table was a big hit.

the deck needs replacing. the kitchen was equipped with most everything you need, but it was disorganized. some pots were in one cabinet while same type pot in another cabinet. not enough silverware, I had to keep hand washing forks. the sheets were layer out for us to make the bed and for the queen bed upstairs they had only sheets for a double bed (not for queen bed). the track for the sliding glass door leading to the outside deck from the kitchen is filthy.

Location and roominess for 5 adults and a child.

Bedroom TVs use Roku which I did not understand and therefore couldn't use. Family disappointed for.no entertainment on down time.
