It's very comfortable, it doesn't feel crowded like a hotel room, and you have every comfort of home like a full kitchen and washing machine, every room had a bathroom, the value for money was great, the staff was very helpful even when we forgot our key inside, it's only a few min walk from a lovely beach with warm water and beautiful sand which isn't overcrowded, there's a hotel nearby with restaurants and a kids park, there are small shops nearby and wolt delivers groceries and food to the location.

Just tiniest little things, nothing at all major.

The room and the apartment overall were very nice. Communication with the property manager was also excellent, and everything was well-organized and under control. The room itself was super comfortable and nicely maintained, and the facilities provided were amazing.

It was a really smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. When we arrived, Gerry was at reception and kindly confirmed our details, handed us the keys, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. He was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive, and gave us all the tips we needed to make the most of our stay. On our last day, Gerry was especially helpful. We had a late flight, and he kindly kept our bags safely at reception, which made such a difference. The flat is absolutely beautiful — even better in person than in the pictures! The view was incredible, and the balcony is so spacious that we spent a lot of time there enjoying it. The flat was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the parking was very convenient and easy to use. The swimming pool was unbelievable — warm, comfortable and perfect for relaxing. An extra star for providing floats, which made our time by the pool even more fun! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Gerry, for making our experience so easy and enjoyable!

Is not a complaint, but it can be better. Facing a couple of challenges in the kitchen. Having just one induction pan that works properly can definitely be frustrating, especially when the others take so long just to boil eggs for nearly 40 min. Additionally, there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was quite annoying and uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Bay. The apartment itself was excellent and we genuinely couldn’t fault it. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, Smart TV and plenty of space to dine and relax as a family. It was just as pictured, and the wrap-around terrace was a real bonus, providing welcome shade during the hottest part of the day. We were also very grateful that we were allowed to stay an additional hour beyond check-out time.

Unfortunately, the pool area let the complex down. The pool was dirty and appeared unattended for several days, and there are still only 8 sun loungers for the entire complex. I visited five years ago and suggested investing in more loungers then, so it was disappointing to see that nothing has changed. This results in a scramble for sunbeds if you want to use the pool. There is also a new development being built directly in front of the apartments, which is a shame as the sea views are no longer visible. Thankfully, this wasn’t directly in front of Block A where we stayed. With the new apartments soon adding competition, I think Emerald Bay would really benefit from investing in the upkeep of the pool area and providing more loungers. Finally, we couldn’t find anyone on the complex to check out with, so I left the key on the reception desk.
