L’emplacement est super, la personne qui gère le studio est très sympa et tout le temps là en cas de besoins.

small tiny appartment but has everything what you need and what you normally not expect in such small appartment , e.g. AC, washing mashine, TV, very good WIFI, big fridge.
missed a table and chair for work. used the one from the balcony. but it isn’t really what you need for longer working.

Great location for sailors wanting marina access. And right across the street from excellent boulangerie.
