We were able to store our luggage after check out. The host was also very nice and accommodated the change in our check in time
The hosts were a bit insistent before check in, which was a bit stressful. However they were lovely overall and helped us with everything.

I was completely satisfied with everything during my 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the woman managing the property was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The location is amazing so central with a brilliant restaurant right outside. Really helpful hosts, they let us leave our bags before checking in and after check out. Milk, water and juice in the fridge for the baby was such a big help. It had everything we needed for the time we were there. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever return to Naples.
The electricity went out one morning so we had no hot water or light. This was sorted by the time we got back.
