Very helpful and friendly staff (especially the individual managing the property—she’s a gem of a human).

Convenient location and family suite set up. Good breakfast with a view
Staff seemed annoyed at times but overall nice. Air conditioning wouldn’t stay on during the night

Excellent location for exploring Porto and the surrounding neighborhoods on foot. The staff is lovely, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or requests.
The room (suite) was exactly as pictured. We stayed on the first floor and had a very pleasant experience overall. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again on our next visit to Porto.
A little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated. The room can also be slightly noisy at times, although it was much quieter than some of the reviews had led us to expect.

It is clean. The material used for the floor and the walls are of very good quality. Wood, limestone and granite. It is close to all the good spots you want to visit. The bed is very comfortable. You have two choices of pillows.
The hotel is in renovation. There is no lobby and no terrace.
