The location- right in the middle of a winery The rooms were old in a good way and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Exceptional vineyard retreat with outstanding service This place is truly exceptional. Nestled in the heart of a vineyard, it offers complete seclusion—far from any road or neighboring house—with its own private service access. The service is outstanding: the property is immaculate, welcoming, and extremely comfortable. The team went above and beyond to meet all of our culinary needs, particularly regarding gluten-free options. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully arranged, and we were treated with remarkable warmth and attentiveness. The wines are superb. We enjoyed a local wine tasting paired with an excellent cheese and charcuterie board—the wines were outstanding, the cheeses exquisite, and the experience memorable in its own right. Jessica, the manager, is also a knowledgeable tour guide. She helped us design a unique local itinerary that we would never have discovered without her guidance. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, excellent service, and an authentic wine-country experience.

Beautiful estate, location and very nice room.

This place has great potential but sadly not very well managed. The staff looked confused at all times. Very cold and not hospitable (why do they work in hospitality if they are so bothered by guests asking for something). Breakfast was not good at all, very little options like few slices of cheese and cold cuts, stale bread and lots of sweet options (several types of cakes and cookies and jams and honey...), and not enough savory options. They offer wine tasting at the estate and we didn't know, only found out upon check out. We found it very odd hat it was not offered to us-we would have paid for it and not to mention staying at a winery and you're not even offered a single glass of wine upon arrival or during the day to enjoy with that gorgeous view is mind baffling. We ended up going to a different winery though and had beautiful experience. Also bought olive oil from them to come home and realized that the bottle had been previously opened. We are throwing out the bottle because we have no idea who used it and how long it has been opened for. Also they forgot to give us our passports after they scanned them (they left it in the printer) and as I was in a rush to leave since they were so inhospitable I forgot to ask for my passport. We left to Catania and that night I realized I did not have the passports with me. I reached out to them and they said I have to wait until tomorrow. Thankfully my flight was two days later, but imagine I had to leave and they tell me to wait... what horrible customer service. Luckily they had someone coming to Catania the next day and they brought me the passports, but in this case it's the least they could have done.
