Lovely house in old town of Altea…the terrace was wonderful with great views of the ocean. It had great character with lovely furnishings and lots of space.
Late check in ……not available till 5oclock.
We stayed for 8 days and only got one towel per person and one set of sheets. When we requested extra towels told no …..we could wash them …. We thought this was very poor service which could have been easily remedied by supplying one more towel each and extra set of sheets.
Second bedroom downstairs which also is the sitting room ….not very clear on the website .

Lovely location in the old town
Great balcony views and tastefully decorated.
Some water in the fridge would have been helpful especially with it being an evening check in.
A hand rail on the bottom half of the stairs to the upstairs bedroom and balcony would have been safer for guests with mobility issues and would avoid the walls being touched.
