My husband and I rented this condo next to our children and grandchildren, for 5 days. We had the best time. The condo was clean, close to restaurants, with a nice pool/hot tub and on the beautiful beach.

Everything from booking to check out was a breeze. Condo unit easily accommodated our family of six. The condo has everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Excellent location beside the pool and easy beach access

Ive been coming to Lat 21 for 15 years . It just didnt feel the same as before without management onsite. Cindy and her husband provided friendly care and kept up the condos much better. The condo was filthy. Things were broke.
Toilet paper holder. Kitchen was disgusting. Dishwasher fell out. etc etc etc. Just truly disappointed in overall health of the condo. oven was terrible. Fridge made a loud noise every hour on the hour. I will not be staying in this condo again. Floors nasty.
