Beautiful well appointed home, fully equipped. Close to many beaches and beautiful Maine towns. A wonderful time was had by all!

This rental was exactly as advertised. We were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of the house along with how spacious all the rooms were. We felt completely accommodated, and it was just a short ride into town and to the beaches. It was a very cozy and comfy home!

This property is a perfect getaway! It is close to just about everywhere with a short drive to Wells, Kennebunk/Kennebunkport, and Biddeford alike. As for the house, it was truly the most private one we've ever rented. It was great to relax on either the back deck facing the woods or in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch. Inside there was plenty of room for our family of four, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. All together between the home itself and the location, it's safe to say this was one of the best family vacations ever. Thank you Val and Paul. We hope to make it up there again someday!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Maine. The house was spectacular, spacious, well stocked, and so clean! The kids especially loved the ping pong table and fire pit. It felt so secluded and relaxing as well. We would definitely stay here again!! :)

Nice, quiet location in the woods, yet close to the beach and all coastal attractions. The home itself is very well appointed and the owner clearly gave thought to every amenity needed for the guest. Plenty of space to spread out, but also great community space to hang out as a family. The homeowner is very pleasant and responsive.

I loved staying in this house!! Quiet and equipped with everything you could need. I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch swing the most. Convenient location, beach supplies, and entertainment galore for the kids. I appreciated the small touches that were available - reusable shopping bags, a beach bag, travel cups, etc. The hosts were very responsive and I appreciated the recommendations. The bathrooms are a little awkward for two families as there is only one full bathroom on the upstairs level near the bedrooms. The other full bathroom is on the main level. Not a big deal, but definitely something worth noting.

We had 2 families with a total of 10 with kids ranging 6m - 12 years. The property was beautiful, secluded and more than what we could have asked for. The hosts Val and Paul were very communicative and answered any questions we had before, during and after the stay.
The home was the perfect size for the 10 of us. The game room in the basement was PERFECT, we barely saw the kids while at the house because they were so busy having a blast.
So close to many great attractions and the beach. All and all it was a perfect vacation where many memories were made.

Thank you for making us feel so comfortable in your Arundel home. When we arrived, the house was immaculate (Kudos to your cleaning crew!). We had a great week weather wise and we looked forward to coming back to the house to enjoy games and the fire pit. The ping pong table was a huge hit, as the kids organized tournaments two nights in a row. Thank you so much Paul and Val! Hope to be back again next year!

What a fabulous home and host!
We loved our week in Maine at this home! We were two families with 6 childrens, 3-7 and it was such a fabulous and accommodating place! Our host, Val and Paul could not have been more accommodating! The house fit all our needs with plenty of space for the kids to spread out and explore! The outdoor shower was so great to hose off when we came back from the beach and the location could not have been better for all our excursions!
We loved everything about our week in Maine and can’t recommend this home enough!

Excellent place!
Went on mini getaway with extended family. House was great, lots of space, clean, great location and owner’s communication was great. It’s close to lots of places to go to but also has privacy in yard area and a great fire pit. Lots of space to do family activities and nice rooms.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Comfortable rooms, lots of space to gather, great layout, well furnished, etc. Paul even put up some decorations! Location was great, close to the beach and Kennebunkport. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable house
Our family of 8 had spent a lovely week at this property in August. We particularly enjoyed the open kitchen area, deck and the large fire pit outside. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The property is located in a short driving distance from many attractions (Kenenbunkport, Oguinquit, Portland, etc.). Highly recommend!

Great House
My family loved our stay at this home. It looked and felt new, great open concept on main floor. Nice deck off the kitchen, with large firepit area in backyard. Owners were very nice and helpful. Good location, highly recommend!
