Villa Costa Vida è la più recente casa vacanza di lusso a Manuel Antonio, è stata completata nel 2020 e si trova nel cuore di Manuel Antonio. L'impeccabilmente dettagliata Villa è raggiungibile a piedi da spiagge, ristoranti, una palestra, spa e studio di yoga. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 28 persone e fonde l'inaspettato - contemporaneo e confortevole, sofisticato e sociale. La Villa offre splendide viste panoramiche sull'Oceano Pacifico e sulla giungla circostante. È un luogo ideale per matrimoni, ritiri e riunioni di famiglia.
La Villa comprende 11.000 SF di spazio interno ed esterno, 9 camere da letto, 11 bagni con 7 bagni in suite, una camera a castello / sala giochi con TV proiettore, ping pong e libri e giochi. La cucina comprende un'isola incorporata, una gamma di gas professionale e un forno.
La Villa vanta tre aree separate per i gruppi da radunare, una zona erbosa piatta all'aperto, un ampio livello di sala da pranzo e soggiorno che comprende una piscina a sfioro e una terrazza sul tetto con vista mozzafiato. La sala da pranzo include sala da pranzo per 32 persone e spazio per aggiungere altri tavoli. We stayed at this villa for my 40th birthday with a large group of friends, and it exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning — the views are incredible, the villa is beautifully designed, and there was plenty of space for everyone in our group to relax and enjoy time together. The pool area overlooking the jungle and ocean quickly became our favorite gathering spot, especially at sunset. We even saw monkeys around the property, which made the setting feel extra special.What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Rayna, the house manager, was amazing from the very beginning of the planning process. Coordinating a milestone birthday trip for a large group can be complicated, but she made everything easy by helping organize transportation, activities, and special events throughout the week.Chef Eric prepared daily breakfasts and several dinners during our stay, and every meal was incredible. Our group is still talking about how good the food was, and he even went out of his way to create thoughtful dishes for a vegetarian in our group.We also hosted a 40th birthday celebration at the villa with a DJ and entertainment, and the team helped coordinate everything so it felt like a private event venue. It was truly next level.Our entire group kept saying this was one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. I would absolutely stay here again.

We recently stay at Villa Costa Vida with our fishing group of men in their late 40’s/early 50’s. The house was perfect. Very clean with ample AC in main living area and all bedrooms. Rayna, the house manager, met us when we arrived and was always available and attentive throughout our stay. We used the preferred house chef twice and the food was outstanding. The house was walking distance to the main restaurant/bar hub of Manuel Antonio. Views of the coast and watching the monkeys and macaws frolic in the AM before the sun comes up and PM right when the sun goes down was super cool. No wifi issues - worked great.If you have a big group and need a well-located, well-maintained place to stay in Manuel Antonio, this is your spot!

The property was gorgeous, the staff, including Chef Erick was amazing. Loved the Howler Monkey wake up calls every morning. Lovely view, wish the pool was heated. Overall wonderful!
