We had a great stay at the cabin. It is comfortable, clean and well stocked. The river behind the cabin is amazing and we totally loved eating on the deck right beside the river. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Cosy Cabin on Fall River exceeded our expectations. The cabin is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the river setting and the pleasant sounds of the rushing water. We spent hours on the deck and the river-front swing. The cabin is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A new walking pathway along the river was the perfect place to exercise our dog. The hosts were attentive and friendly. We hated to leave and thoroughly enjoyed our eight days there. We appreciate the cabin being pet friendly.

This cabin was great in all aspects. Location, cleanliness, equipped with supplies, etc. We stayed last week of june '23. Couldnt have been happier with the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. So close to RMNP and downtown area. Gorgeous backyard along fall river. The cabin was stocked with EVERYTHING, except food of course. The owner makes the checkin so simple. Would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!!

Cabin was cute, clean and the back porch was everything! Sitting out there listening to the river and watching the elk was great. We enjoyed the swing beside the river as well. It is a neighborhood area not all by yourself out in a remote area which we loved. It is quiet, and feels very private especially when you are sitting out on the back porch. King bed was very comfy. I would stay here again for sure. One idea would be to put the full size bunks upstairs and maybe a regular full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. My son, who is 14 and 5'6" said waking up and not being able to sit up without hitting his head on the upper bed was not the best. Other than that it was awesome! And also, pet friendly was an added bonus for us. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the best cabin on the block! It was right on Fall River. Enjoyed the swing on the river. We saw at least 4 elk on the property, deer, birds, and we think a bear tried to get into the trash can at 4AM! So close to downtown Estes Park and shopped and ate on Elkhorn Avenue. We hiked Gem Lake, Hermit Park, and Dream Lake. If I ever get back to Estes Park, this is my stay location. Loved it.

Very cozy log cabin. The river beside the back deck was beautiful. Elk, mule deer and wild turkey visited the back yard daily and gave us great photo opportunities. Everything inside the house was perfect and private. Great modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect. Just off the road to Rocky Mountain National Park.. We were absolutely pleased.

Trip was one of the best we ever had. beautiful scenery, great cabin, very clean. and a lot of wildlife around the cabin. Cabin was very well stocked and clean and there was nothing you really would have to bring with you. We stayed a week and it was very nice. Would recommend it and will probably stay again.

We loved this cabin. Spacious, great part of Estes right outside town and close to national park entrance. Saw two huge elk walking in our yard at dusk.

What a wonderful place, right next to the Fall River. Great accommodations for my wife and me on on our 41st anniversary. Short driving distance to RMNP where we hiked and drove. Really, the perfect getaway for us flat landers from Houston. We’ll stay again!

We had an amazing time staying in the cabin. It was close to everything. We even tried to stay longer but it was already booked. Perfect cabin with everything you need. Can’t wait to go back in late summer.

This was an absolutely beautiful property! My girlfriend did all the arranging for the 3 of us but I was so impressed with location, ease of use and the overall quality of the property! It was clean and comfortable and I’d love to go back! Teri

The cabin was very nice. Unfortunately construction is going on right outside the cabin so all we could hear was beeping from equipment backing up and Jack hammer being used on the road. Couldn’t just leave without sitting for a while to get out of the road due to one lane. House is sitting in a nice area but you can’t see the mountains behind you anymore due to houses built blocking the view. We were hoping to see wildlife while staying but I’m sure the construction kept them away. The location is not far from the Rocky Mountains but expect to pay for every thing you want to do. We enjoyed getting to see the Stanley Hotel but other than that very disappointing to go all that way just to listen to construction the entire time. It doesn’t appear the construction will be finished for quit some time. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time. We actually left 4 days early because of the disruption.

Beautiful updated cabin! My family and I rented this cabin for a spring break get-a-way, this was the perfect rental! The cabin is beautiful, well appointed. The owners we're so thoughtful - so many of the little things we're included! Great large kitchen with everything we needed, the Keurig equipped with K-cups was an extra special treat! Close to the entrance of the park and to town, loved being right on the river, the swing is truly special! The owners we're wonderful - the power went out (in all of Estes Park) while we we're there, they we're immediately responsive, let us know what was going on, and brought over lights for us to use! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience here. This was our first time to VRBO, and I don’t have much experience in VRBO but I can say this was definitely top-notch service. It was an excellent place, great location very clean. Again owners were very easy to deal with and they are no hick ups! I definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful!

This cozy Estes cabin is an absolute gem! The location is gorgeous. It looks right out onto the forest and river. There were cabins on either side and across the river, but all are far enough away that they don’t at all interfere with the sense of privacy and seclusion that I look for in the mountains. The cabin is adorable inside. I was the only one staying there, but it could easily have accommodated several more. It’s decorated beautifully, and there was even a Christmas tree! It added so much warmth and welcome! There was plenty of room to sit and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the place was really nice, from the Ninja Foodie pans (which I’d been really wanting to try!) to the memory foam pillows. And the kitchen had everything you could even think of needing. One night when I was cooking dinner, I realized I had forgotten to bring my potato masher - not the most common cooking implement - and it turned out there was not just one, but TWO, different potato mashers in the utensil drawer! To me, it’s those little things that really set a place apart. The deck off the back is spacious and I spent a ton of time out there (bundled up, of course) listening to the river and watching the wildlife. And wildlife there is!! There’s a huge flock of wild turkeys that clearly call this area home. They were hilarious to watch, and provided plenty of entertainment for my pooch. The owners are super nice and were very easy to communicate with when I had questions. I will absolutely be booking my next stay here very soon! Thanks so much to the owners for providing such a charming and inviting place for the perfect mountain getaway!

The Cozy Log Cabin is the perfect place to stay! It has plenty of room and a great kitchen. It is located right next to the river and is far enough from Fall River Road that you don't really hear any traffic. I will be recommending it to anyone I know that is going to Estes Park. Thank you!!

Great location, and beautiful setting. The cabin is so cozy and obviously loved and well taken care of. Located between RMNP and the sweet town of Estes Park is perfect! Though we were just a couple and our dog, this cabin would be great for a family with kids. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Estes Park and RMNP.

Lovely cabin! The owners are very kind & you can tell they put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome & comfortable. We saw turkeys, deer, and a huge Elk Bull! He was across the water grazing and then laid down for a couple hours. It was amazing! The cabin is down the road from RMNP & we were there every day of our visit. Fantastic location! Our 5 year old was just in awe of the place! Thank you again for everything :)

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals across the country and this one rates right at the top! It is conveniently located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that affords easy access to the park and to amenities in town. Once inside- it truly is a home away from home with its western themed decor to comfortable, clean living quarters with an open floor plan to well outfitted and stocked kitchen. Location near RMNP very convenient. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Swing on the river was morning coffee spot. Very relaxing. Will definstely be back!
